I understand this is McDonald's but damn. We ordered 2 breakfast meals and paid the extra 2$ for OJ. The cashier came back and told us they didn't have OJ. She tried to substitute a coffee (which wouldn't have had an extra charge) or a soda (no charge either). We asked for a refund for the OJ (surcharge) and she gave it but then would not give us any other beverages. On top of that the little woman just had a negative attitude after telling me she had charged me for a meal. Just don't go.

Not sure how that lil nub is considered the 6th nugg lol. The spicy mcnuggets tasted as nasty as they look. The fries were pretty good. The service overall was as good as you would get at your average McDonald’s.

So today my friends and I went to McDonalds for lunch, we did 4 orders in the drive thru so not one person’s paying, we understand that’s a lot and can be stressful so we are patient with them, but today the first lady wouldn’t understand my friend’s order (a number 7 with a Dr. Pepper) it took her about a minute to understand. Then we move to my order which was the adult Minecraft meal (10 piece nuggets), took her like 5 minutes to understand the FOOD part then I got a mocha frappé and she said “what temperature do you want that”, I was so caught off guard, how do I answer that? After I said cold she didn’t hear me and had to get another girl who did the same thing several times, they finally got this guy and he understood. After my order my two friends ordered which was alright. But I was charged for a 10 piece when I got 8 pieces and a large fri when I got a small and I was almost not given my frappe. I had a panic attack after this and was sobbing. Thank you. -Ava Dudley (I unfortunately didn’t get names).

I’ve lived in this city for about 4 months now and I’ve gotten food from this McDonald’s location a lot. My complete order has only been right maybe once or twice. There’s always something missing or something wrong. The 3-4 times I’ve gotten the chicken sandwhich, all the times it was over cooked and dry. And at least half the times I have gotten food, they didn’t have any sodas. Idk if it’s a manager issue with not ordering the correct amount of food necessary to run it consistently, or if it’s just zero quality control/not paying attention.
I’ve attached a photo of my sad looking chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a deluxe and it wasn’t. And the MEASLY small pathetic dot of sauce they put on this over cooked chicken. And the one lone pickle .. if you’re gonna charge a whole extra dollar for some lettuce and a slice of tomato, at least make sure to put it in there.

This McDonald's is consistently the worse I've ever been. I've never gotten great service or good food here. Fries or sandwiches are always cold. Takes forever to get your order, and the interior is never fully clean. I avoid this particular restaurant whenever possible. Was hoping to get a quick bite this time and was disappointed to see it be the same as it always is. The only consistency here is that it's consistently bad.

I don’t know when McDonald’s started not making the food tell you get there, but it makes using the app pointless. Always end up waiting in the car side to go for it to be cooked.
