I had a great peaceful overnight here. Clean safe neighborhood, lots of free parking, food nearby if you wanted. The hotel is very clean and in good repair. My bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. Patrick made the morning a little extra joyful in the desk/breakfast are. Ava was great at desk too.

Comfortable stay, clean and quiet, hotel staff was super polite and accommodating, giving little concessions here and there, aiming to please guests, clearly, we felt welcome.
Nice breakfast, it included a cheese omelette, sausage patties and breakfast potatoes, which were extra tasty, full of flavor and a bit lemony. They were well presented, everything was stocked and full to the top as if it was just open. This was 20 minutes before breakfast was done. Impressive. There was a waffle maker, with plentiful fixings, and selected pastries, toast, yogurt, boiled eggs, some fruit etc.

Our room was quiet and comfy, for the most part, with minor design flaws. Bathroom was nice, updated, bright, however there was a barn door sliding between bathroom and adjacent closet, leaving one or the other open, plus the gap of hanging barn door that could swing outwards made the bathroom not a private place at all. Also body size towels were unusually small/short and I am a medium size person, just felt tiny.
Absence of outside air to the room and not much of air flow to be heard or felt in the bathroom or room, leaves stuffy, stale air filled with a variety of aromas of food and drink plus bathroom use during our stay. We opened the door to hallway several times to air the room out but were unable to keep it propped and had to stand and hold it. It helped a bit but not a lot.
Overall, this was a pleasant stay, restful couple of nights, sans the squeaky springs inside the bed, making every move sound like a squeal, or discovering empty dispensers of shower gel and conditioner in the shower after already in and wet when we first arrived.
Yet, a super pleasant, friendly, smiling, accommodating and helpful staff in all positions, great amenities and a generous breakfast make up for those minor details, and I can easily forgive them. Thank you for a great stay! 🫶🏻

It was a bit dirty. There was what I assume is coffee splatter(I hope) on the walls in the bathroom, the walls ad headboards were covered in handprints and such. My sheet had a stain on it, but I just switched beds. The shower stayed nice and hot throughout, even when it was 7° out. The room stayed a comfy 68° with the ac/heat unit turned off. That was nice. I enjoyed the in room coffee maker and lots of cups! There was also coffee and tea options by the elevators! Very nice. The breakfast buffet was definitely good. Good options. Everything was warm or cold as it should be. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great overall. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff that made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable, clean beds and well-maintained facilities. Everything was in great condition, contributing to a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept place to stay.

The room was nice and very clean. Fitness room was small but nice. Breakfast had basic cheese omelet, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. I was disappointed that the waffle makers were broken.
I would definitely stay there again.

Positive: Staff was great! Breakfast was delicious, pool was good. Negative: Room could?ve been a bit cleaner. Desks were a bit dusty and found a container lid (not our) on floor telling me it was not clean throughly.

I cannot say enough positive things about this Hampton Inn and its staff. This is the 3rd time I've stayed with them while in Chicago for business, as it is close to Midway and I can easily slip in and out of the downtown area, hit Hyde Park, among other conveniences. The breakfast buffet is great and fresh, the facilities are clean, the rooms are ample, plenty of parking, nice indoor pool, etc. However, the customer service and friendliness are exemplary. Due to hurricane Milton hitting FL, I was unable to return home as scheduled. Not only was I able to secure another night unexpectedly and suddenly, I received a discounted rate as well as a beautiful and thoughtful care package from the staff: a nice Chicago tote bag full of snacks, sports drinks, laundry goodies, travel-sized personal items. Absolutely amazing! Special thanks to Emily and Ava for being so nice and accommodating. I will be returning to stay here for any upcoming Chicago travels.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bridgeview, Illinois, while visiting family in Chicago, and I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked through the door. I grew up in Chicago, and I know the city isn’t exactly known for its friendly people, but the staff here shattered that stereotype. I was greeted with a warm smile, and the front desk staff was incredibly polite and welcoming.

I decided to book a room instead of staying with family because I just wanted a chance to relax, and this hotel delivered exactly that. The room was spotless… something I’m always nervous about when staying at hotels. I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but this place was different. It was clean and fresh, from the lobby to the room itself. No funny smells, no dirty sheets, no grimy floors… just a comfortable, inviting space.

One experience really stood out during my stay. In the middle of the night, I wasn’t feeling well and called the front desk for help. They responded immediately, treating me with care and kindness that truly made me feel like family. It wasn’t anything serious, but their thoughtfulness and attentiveness were deeply appreciated.

As for the hotel’s location, it’s fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and other conveniences within a couple of miles, making it easy to grab a meal or a coffee.

I know some reviews for this hotel have been negative, but I have to disagree with them… especially when it comes to customer service. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. My only minor gripe would be the prices at the convenience shop near the front desk, but that’s pretty standard nowadays and certainly doesn’t detract from the overall experience.

A big thumbs-up to the Hampton Inn staff in Bridgeview, Illinois. Although my stay was short, I appreciate everything you did to make it a pleasant one. Thank you!
