The kiosk check in was seemless. A five year old could've done it. My room was clean and well stocked. And my bed was comfy. I had a quiet pleasant stay.

This property should be shut down immediately!!! My sink fell in out of no where and you can tell it was just glued on, there elevator was out of order due to it being completely no working staff so you have to take the stairs which are a lot and I’m handicapped and have asthma and I had to use my inhaler, check in also took a hour because your speaking to someone threw a computer machine via video chat and they laugh at your frustrations extremely unprofessional and can’t really understand English that well, the show was also broken water wouldn’t even go down, and absolutely no Wi-Fi or phone signal is available, this was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ll never do it again the pictures are just a illusion, this is a terrible hotel and they put their guest in horrible situations and don’t even care.

The most unprofessional experience we've ever had in a hotel or motel. None of the "staff" speaks English, the check in process involves you speaking to a machine with a person that will keep saying they can't hear or understand you so you end up basically yelling at them. The entire place stinks of must and weed. While we were there, a homeless man was camped on the inside stairs so we had to step over and around his things to get in and out. There's zero maintenance here and it's obvious as nothing works. Doors are sketchy at best, no ice machines work, pool is broken, elevators out of service, and there is NO Wi-Fi, despite them saying there is. The TV has exactly TWO channels. If you order food, you'll have to go all the way down to the lobby to get it and carry it back to your home which can pose an issue if you placed a large order. The carpet stinks of cat urine, coffee pot in the rooms don't work, bed is hard and uncomfortable, and you can hear everything through the walls. During our stay, someone would knock on the door every single day having zero idea that we were paid for the day already and on the last day someone needed us to come to the lobby to rescan our IDs because they had "accidentally" given our room to someone else. We decided that day to leave. If you're needing a week or longer stay somewhere, I highly suggest paying an extra $70 a week and staying at the Baymont down the street.

Room is nice. The check-in process was pretty wonky though. The gentlemen had a very hard time understanding me (language barrier) and I had to keep repeating myself louder and louder. It got a little frustrating. He couldn't understand me when I asked where the room was and I gave up repeating myself and said nevermind. I walked around the building for 15 minutes to find the room myself and realized I was parked clear on the other side of the building. Mildly annoying. Room is spacious and clean. Some of the other guests are a bit sketchy but it's Rockford so...

This review is split due to the fact that we stayed 4 nights, checked out and had to extend our stay and booked 1 more night. The 1st 4 nights were really nice. Clean room. Updated features, dorm sized fridge, micro wave, no coffee pot in room as advertised. But close to lobby coffee. They do not offer a breakfast however. It was quite enjoyable though. The extra night we booked after checking out however was a nother story. The room was on the basement floor, no carpet, dingy floors and walls, noisy live in tenants, not a comfortable feeling at all. Now the staff here were very nice. I would stay here again, but only if I was guaranteed one of the updated rooms.

The one star is for how good the room looks. I hate how room service just walks in at any time even if you’re not there. You have to lock your doors!! They have no do not disturb options. Their customer service is terrible. If you don’t pay online they will charge whatever price they want so that “56$” is a lie. I tried to book for one night and they say it was 106. I paid 120 online for 2 nights.
