My experience was totally comfortable!! The staff was so accommodating and pleasant! The branch manager, the front desk even the maintenance man (Kayden) was so kind and accommodating to me. I appreciate that home away from home. I will never stay in another hotel! They go well beyond to give you the hospitality that is phenomenal! Thank you so much. !

Had an excellent 1 night at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The tv had all the channels I needed. The breakfast was simple granola bars and muffins but was free. Plenty of parking was available and the area was quiet. 10/10 would stay again

We were booked there for two nights at a reasonable price.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Wally.
He was extremely friendly and helpful.
We took the option of a room on the ground floor that was clean, and in very good shape.
The coffee in the morning was good and never ran out. They have muffins and fiber bars for breakfast.
When we checked out, we spoke to Dan, who was extremely friendly and courteous.
In our comings and goings, we found that the entire staff was helpful and friendly!

This place was truly a great value for a week visiting family. Simple, yet clean and feels like a full-price hotel without breaking the bank. 🙂 The room comes with a full sized fridge, and it’s easy to request kitchen essentials from the kind and helpful front desk team. As others have posted, the staff is responsive and a pleasure to talk to, and I’m impressed with the level of care and service for the price point.||Just one small word of caution: the website posted pre-taxes/fees total when I booked but was charged at the higher margin (+15-17%) later. Still was a reasonable total, but it’d be best if their corporate website was forthcoming with this. So: if you don’t see the taxes/fees specified when you’re about to book, call this location first, and they are super friendly to talk anything out.

Dianna was very helpful with information when inquiring about a reservation. We ended up booking our room online as it was significantly cheaper online. We were not able to pay our pet fee online, but paid upon arrival.
All in all, our room was fine. It was clean. Very dated fixtures. No counter space in the bathroom. No coffee maker, no ice in the hotel. Had to request cups and an ice cube tray. It was a bare bones room.
We were able to walk about a block to “Tavern on Clark” for dinner and a cocktail.

They just make you like your home and comfortable no issues with any staff and genuinely appreciate the hospitality and the our room was very could use some updating but it was great.

The room suited our needs perfectly. We appreciated being able to bring in our own groceries to eat healthier and save money. The wifi worked perfectly, no complaints. The location of our room was perfect, private, near the Lobby and laundry room. There was a grab and go breakfast point, great for to go coffees, not much choice, porridge, muffins, and nutrigrain bars, we used it a couple of times.

The room was spotless, but the faucet on the tub was dripping fast and could not be turned off fully. I reported this as I thought they would care water was being wasted. The next day the maintenance man spoke to me in the hallway asking about the problem, said he would fix it, we stayed 7 nights and it was the same the day we left. I didn't bother reporting it again.

We chose our kitchenware, and a hairdryer, and got everything we needed for our stay. The room was comfortable, but the armchair was terrible for a bad back, no lumbar support and none in the office type chair either, but I made do. You might consider better quality chairs next time you upgrade.

We were very impressed by the Staff here in general, we forgot the one guys name but he worked a LOT of hours, he was always friendly and helpful, Destiny was lovely too, all Staff took time to greet us as we passed by every single day and they smiled, we felt welcomed and that they cared. I had an embarrassing request late one night, the guy working the desk helped me with no fuss at all.

My husband is a local but we now live in the UK. We already decided on our next visit we will stay here. Thanks guys.

Excellent hotel that suited our needs perfectly. No housekeeping done during your stay but everything you need is available all you have to do is ask. We appreciated the privacy, the location of our room, the laundry facility, being able to choose our own kitchen essentials, the room was spotless, we were able to cut our costs by getting our own groceries in. Also, top marks go to the Staff, all friendly and welcoming, lovely guy on the front desk who works, a LOT, and the lovely Destiny, who gave us a card to review when I told her how much we liked staying.|Grab and go breakfast was adequate if a bit limited and we only used twice for snacks.||We will definitely book again next time we are in Rockford visiting our family. Thank you!
