The service staff was great. No hesitation to come look at the truck. We needed a new tire after a flat, he looked at it, and found a spare, and got us on the road in an hour with only $100 lost. Perfect! 5/5

Great service!!!
Took my jeep for a rear brake replacement bc according to Sam Leman they needed replacement. But Bob from Owens inspected and found 5mm on the pads, his honest opinion helped me saving some money!

I’d like to give a big thanks to this place. I was an hour from home and none of the gas stations air pumps were working. My back tires were down to 20. I walked in told them my situation and without hesitation they pulled my truck in and aired my tires up so I could get back safely.

Called many places about our flat tire and even visited a place that was trying to push us into 4 new tires (20k mile vehicle), but we left and called Don Owen’s and “Doug” was SO kind. Not “salesy” at all and genuinely wanted to help however he could. Really appreciate how personable Don Owen Tire’s was!

We ended up having the tire plugged somewhere that could get it fixed same-day but I felt like I needed to leave a review on how honest and kind the conversation was with Don Owen’s versus the many other places I had tried! I will absolutely remember for the future!

Don Owen tire service certainly upholds the statements written on their web page.
They are considerate and will bend over backward to give excellent service.
Our experience as ones traveling through, not a previous customer, was more than outstanding.
Thank you for getting our blown tire replaced and showing us - not as a technique to get more money out of us - but the real poor condition of several other of our camper tires which we had them replace. I would add 10 stars if I could.

Took my car here to get the A/C recharged and everything was fine until about a week later when my A/C was no longer working. Took my car back then they told me that I actually did have a leak in my rear A/C. It's going to be around $1,200 to actually replace the lines. They wanted to then charge me a recharge fee for a mistake that THEY made. They gave me my car back without WAITING and letting the dye run through my entire A/C system. Now I have to pay ANOTHER company to recharge my A/C ONCE AGAIN and refill the Freon. Please don't take your vehicle here. It has been going downhill since its been ran by a different guy.
