I waited 5 hours for a tow. I made the call at 4:45 and only received the tow at 9:30 ish. Once I spoke to tow truck driver, he told me they only received the call at 7:30. Which means AAA left me on the side of the road for 2.5 hours before even contacting the tow. You are better off paying the money and saving yours and your family’s lives. These guys don’t care about the individual, they happily let me sit on a highway for hours and continuously lied about updates.

Need to find a different company to go to because it keeps going up. I went from 126 a month to 251 in a year since they changed their system and I have autopay and it keeps saying I don't have the funds and I do. I'm over it!!

Absolutely the best customer service. Amazing rates on life insurance for members. Best place for travel needs. My husbands used his roadside assistance a couple times and it’s always timely. I’ve had triple A in multiple states across the country and this is my favorite location.

In the past I was with AAA, and always had excellent service.
On Rohman Ave 2 weeks ago, called for a lockout. They said they would have someone call in 30 minutes, 1 1/2 hrs.later, no call.
Called a locksmith on western, came within 5-10 minutes, not associated with AAA.
Came to the Laura Bradley park today to walk my dog. Battery went down completely. Called roadside service said someone would be there by almost 5 pm?!
Mind you I called at 2 p.m. windows down, 30 degrees and cold rain, it's almost 3:15 and I can't wait to cancel this joke of a auto service!! I'm disgusted and froze. If I could give minus 5☆ I would!!

Currently dealing with AAA as a "not at fault" accident victim. One of their clients caused a total loss on my truck and now they are relentlessly trying to low ball the value of the vehicle even in spite of the involvement of a lawyer. More than 30 days since the accident and still no settlement, just games. Would not recommend. Shady underhanded business practices. Getting very tired of multibillion dollar companies trying to screw me over while they collect nearly as much in revenue as the world banks.

They I got their credit card, and while outta state they told me I would get discounts if I switched my auto pay over to it. They didn't say anything about having to sign anything, cancelled my existing autopay, and they never bothered to call and inform me that my account that I've had with them for 12 yrs was about to expire. Instead they just cancelled it, and I didn't find out until the state sent me a suspension letter to verify my insurance. Which came with a fine I had to pay out of pocket. Completely unprofessional to treat long standing loyal customers like this.

This review is not for the AAA Peoria location itself, it is regarding their AAA Roadside Assistance. Last year I had a flat tire in Peoria and called for Roadside assistance. No one ever came. The local towing company they use closed the order out and I sat in a parking lot for 6 hours until I finally got a passer by to help me. This morning, I have a flat tire at home and called for service. I received a message that the technician would arrive at 10:12 am. At 11:30 I called the 800 number and was told that the order was closed out with a note "no such address"!! REALLY? It is my home address that I have had for the 14 years I had this policy AND my cell number was on the ticket and there was NOT a phone call made (they are supposed to call 15 minutes prior to arriving). We pay for 3 people in my family to have this service. Same thing happened to my daughter. This coverage is absolutely worthless and a waste of money! Waiting to see if they ever show up today. Thank goodness this time I am at home not on the side of the road somewhere in the cold. 🙁
