Our 89 yr old mom was there after a fall and 5 day hospitalization for rehab and her care at Beecher Manor was great! We were very pleased with the staff in charge of her day-to-day care, the rehab team,, the facility, the dining services and the laundry services provided during her stay. We had great peace of mind with her in their care.

My mom was a resident there for two years and she received excellent care. Her two main nurses, Vanessa and Diane, went above and beyond and treated her with dignity and kindness. The PT department was exceptional, as was the social worker. Diane the administrator, was very kind and accessible to us. We are so grateful we found Beecher Manor for my mom.

We have a family member who has been there alittle over a month- as anywhere you have a few good employees- the physical therapy department has been good!
Nursing, aides, housecleaning not so much
In the time the client has been there he/she has gotten Norovirus( no isolation, shared bathroom with another and no cleaning between the two) , C diff, and now Influenza A
I would highly suggest do your research before going there !
I’m sure the ratio of aide to client is high so Imlut this in management alot to foresee call lights being answered timely and acted on, proper cleaning is done , make sure they have proper equipment and supplies ! It’s truly a shame!
Remember that may be us one day or one of them🥲

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Facility is very clean and organized. My mother has received great care from nurses, cna's, and physical therapy. Thank you for your caring and patience with my mom. My dad was a resident a couple years ago and he is home and doing well thanks to the care he received at Beecher Manor. We are looking forward to our mom being rehabilitated and returning home as well. God bless all of you 🙏🤗🕊💖

I'm very happy with the services provided to my brother. The staff is responsive and friendly and the facility passes the smell test. Although terminal, his health improved upon admittance.

My brother has been a patient at Beecher Manor for more than a year now. As his sister and not his wife, it was a little hard advocating on his behalf in the beginning, but I was able to gain the support of Diane, Sekena, Tasha Jackson, Venessa and other nurses and staff members. I believe that my regular visits and attention to his care have helped in letting everyone know how important his care is to me. Everyone knows him at Beecher and I am encouraged that all concerns are resolved quickly. I have received calls from Beecher to let me know how he is doing when I am unable to visit.

Visited my friend here last week. I am truly impressed. I am a nurse of 25 years and have worked in various facilities. Beecher Manor is the cleanest, most appealing place I've seen in a VERY long time. Over 20 years ago I visited my great grandmother here. Whoever is in charge really improved the facility. Awesome job!!!
