Travel Hut is fantastic ! We spoke with William. He went above and beyond to accommodate my friends and I. We drove him nuts with our indecision about our plans, and he was so kind and understanding ! He returned our calls, was just phenomenal in finding us best flight at least expensive rate. I will never use anyone for travel again except Travel Hut. They are stellar....top of line ! Our tickets

Great place to use if you don't want help or assistance in traveling, especially out of the country. Don't look for any tips or advice in regards to your trip. Phone conversations are very awkward. It's almost as if you are wasting their time. Only time they will call you is if you owe them money. They don't care if your trip was memorable or not. So if those things don't matter to you then Mary and her staff is the perfect choice.

Tracy Opat was extremely helpful setting up our 2024 SpringBreak Royal Caribbean family cruise. She answered all my questions and gave me fantastic suggestions. (And I bothered her a lot!) This being our first cruise vacation, we were lost with all the planning. Tracy helped with: airfare, cruise info, and excursions. -She even refunded us money when the cruise line dropped prices. I contacted them in regards to traveling out of county
Lady was culturally insensitive , and lazy . The point of a travel agency is to be highly educated on particular areas of travels and safety restrictions. . . . I wouldn’t trust them with a trip
. . . Btw I’m a African American women I inquired about a Tokyo food tour I heard about. . . I understand 3 word country’s and other country’s have safety regulations for tourists. I simply inquired for her to find out the safety regulations and book my trip . . . Or maybe I’m wrong for asking a white women to help me find out safety regulations for a Black Women ... she also Hung up on me and said she couldn’t help me . . . I wouldn’t trust them with your trip especially is for a black person there lack of knowledge for cultural safety is not there . . .
