Everyone here is so helpful!!! Had some hail damage to my pool, and they went out of their way to find the parts and give us an estimate. They are also great at testing your water by very knowledgeable people! If you need help with your pool, B-wet is the place to go!!

Good people! Honest and knowledgeable. I do wish they had their own crews for installs. I don't speak Spanish and the gal at Greenscapes, their installers, is forgetful and you make multiple calls to make sure things will be done correctly.

Very poor customer service. They say they will call you back with what you need and you never hear from them. If you talked to a particular person, they won't come back on the phone and they have someone else give you a message. Bwet told me I had to call the doughboy corporation office myself since they couldn't get an answer. Funny how I was able to get a free skimmer and Doughboy went out of their way to help me. I advise anyone not to use Bwet if they actually want a pool and any type of customer service. They obviously do not want your business.

4/25-- Pool season. Do not use BWET unless you want to be lied to and have a terrible product. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Terrible product. Terrible customer service!!!!

A few years back We have had a problem with a corner basement wall with water leak we had Bdry to look at it and they said they could fix. They did the job an no problem now.
We have a pool that Bwet installed a few years back and they have been giving us good advise on the maintenance and chemicals. We love are pool

I sent a complaint to the BBB and the response was we were clogging up the pool. How do you know if you never looked at it? We had a professional pool company come put and there was a mistake in the set up. Bwet will sell you pool and then treat you like dirt and lie. Run away! Go anywhere but here. We are contacting our construction owner friends and advising them to never use bwet/bdry.

Lots of choices on hot tubs. They had 7 hot tubs in the showroom and even offered to let me sit in them and try them out if I wanted. Can’t wait to sit in my new tub!!
