A couple years ago I made the decision to seperate from my husband and needed a fresh start. Ozark Gateway found me an amazing affordable little house that I made into my home. The property owner switched rental companies recently and I had to make the decision to leave my home. Ozark Gateway still kept in touch to make sure I was taken care of. You all were truly a life saver in my time of need forever grateful.

I feel like I was really ripped off. I paid $138,000 for a small frame house that has been falling apart since I bought it 2 years ago. The Luxury Vinyl Flooring was a very cheap thin laminate that has separated, crumbled & is falling apart. There are electrical issues. I have problems with the ac unit every year. I bought this house to retire in. I don't think I will get the money back out of it. Oh! & the carport is falling apart.

My husband and I were looking to buy a home in Arkansas however we were at the time living in Florida. We wanted to make sure we found someone we could trust and had good communication skills as we would be buying sight unseen. We found Laura Sackett-Clute on YouTube since we had been researching NW Arkansas for awhile and had really benefitted from her videos. From the beginning Laura was amazing to work with. Laura goes above and beyond her duty.she always willing to keep pressing on with no complaints.very friendly. She did videos of places for us since we were 2 days away.cant sayenough good things about her.If you want an agent who will work for you she is the one.We had others we had asked to help us but never heard back from them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I left the house in better condition than what I got it in and was still charged over $100 in cleaning fees. Horrible people to work with and tried to cheat my roommate and I out of a deposit. Never again will I EVER rent from these people. I should have listened to the multiple people that told me to stay away from this company.
