We unpacked then realized our a/c didn’t work. After sweltering for 30 min, the maintenance guy said the repair man had already gone home. It was 106 outside. We repacked and moved to a new room. It was hot because the a/c was off. It did at least work but took awhile to cool the room. Then we discovered someone else clothes and underwear in the dresser. Dirt hanging from bathroom vent, streaks in the toilet. | Breakfast the next morning was lacking. There were Hardboiled eggs, sausage links, white bread, bagels, cereal, and hotel waffle mix. Apples and yogurt… no scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries, bananas etc like other La Quintas we have stayed at. The staff was surprised when I mentioned my disappointment. They said this was their breakfast for the last 20 yrs. | Went to the pool. Hot tub was nice but fence behind it was littered with cigarette butts. Water around the steps into the pool had floating dead wasps and moths so we didn’t get in it. Area wasn’t as nice with a ripped umbrella and tattered cover. | Our room keys only worked intermittently. Had them redone 3 times. | Response from Wyndham was an AI generated email thanking us for bringing this to their attention. An 800 phone call trying to talk with a person wasn’t much better… a “customer service” person in a call center with noise and other calls in the background. “Someone will get back with you in a week by email or a phone call.” We will see.

This was our first stay in La Quinta. The young woman at check in was very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was pretty good and the eating area felt like a large living room. | We ended up returning for a second night when we spent most of the day at the Desert Museum and San Xavier Mission. The hotel was relatively close to both attractions. | The second night room was a little different in its configuration, but also clean, comfortable and quiet. | The pool was a little small but nice for a quick, relaxing dip.

Clean, quiet and the staff are outstanding. Yvonne is always cheerful, helpful and professional--she sets the bar. Brianna (I think I spelled that correctly) is great as well, and her eye shadow with the jack o'lantern design was terrific. This has become my preferred place to stay in Tucson!

La Quinta offered a spacious room and complimentary breakfast. The friendly hotel reception made my stay enjoyable. Staff left personalized welcome notes in the room, which as sweet. However, I do believe that a deep cleaning is needed for the bathroom and room, as I noticed some stains on the toilet and fragments of whatever on the carpet. Nonetheless, it was an okay experience overall! Thank God I didn't have to spend more than a night.

Stayed four seperate times on road trips. Late night check in, no reservations and with a pet. They've accommodated every time. Reasonable price. Everyone is kind and inviting and the breakfast is ready to go before you hit the road again.||Definitely made me appreciate stopping at a La Quinta in other cities along the way.

Front desk staff was amazing checking us is. At 1st the room seemed amazing. Unfortunately we found the chair, bathroom sink and bathroom counter dirty. (See photo) it wiped off with a damp cloth (not a stain
Breakfast had poor quality food that they had control: sausage, coffee cleanliness of the toaster. A staff member put the steamer lid on top of the trash can while she put out more sausage.

Made a reservation at about 10:30Am . I was in Phoenix trying to get a rental car to move to Tucson and I couldn't get it because they said I was below 21. I call immediately like one hour 30 minutes later to cancel the reservation and I was assured that they're are not going to charge me. The next day by 3pm I realized they charged my card 106 dollars and when I called they said they marked my reservation as "I didn't show up"
This is ridiculous ?. I have literally try to communicate to this people and is like no one is willing to do something but that's fine , you guys should keep the money. As foe anyone who is planning to visit this place, just so you know communication is very poor, they tell you something and they can't keep to their words. 106 dollars might be small but the way you guys took the money from me is unacceptable.

Positive: "" Negative: -The breakfast. No fruit but hard apples. And only boiled eggs, no scrambled.-There's not nearly enough power outlets in the rooms. We have to move furniture and dive to the floor to reach one. It's 2024. People neeed lots of accesible power outlets.
