I like the price and location. The coffee in the a.m. was also good and the fresh fruit was also nice and fresh. Staff was friendly. That being said, the bathroom had prior guest's pubes and other random hair. There was also a small hotel-provided lotion that had been preciously used. YUCK! Bring bathroom cleaner if you want to use the bathroom. I showered at a friend's place.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. You can not beat the value! The free breakfast was great and had plenty of options. The rooms were clean and had a microwave ,flat TV and a fridge. Such Great Staff Made Me Feel Very Welcomed Very polite .
The only con was that the internet was slow and sometimes unusable.

Clean, nice property but service is in a horrible part of town. Housekeeping is professional and holds high standards, and the is good. A nice property in a crappy part of town, however, their 2nd amendment policies are crap despite the part of town it resides in. Decent breakfast. Nice rooms. Pool and rec area. If this were a 2A friendly business I could not give it a higher rating, but instead, submit it to the NRA ILA list of businesses that we do not patronize based on their 2a policies. Will also submit to Gun Owners of America, The USCCA, and the National Shooting Sports Foundation to add to their lists as well, and the Hunting Arizona Group in Social media bearing 92,000 members, all residing in AZ. To some this matters little, to others it shows a disregard for the safety of their employees, especially considering the neighborhood in which it resides. One week before I started there was an incident involving a naked man with a knife. I always told myself under no circumstances will I ever beg for my life from some armed psychopath criminal. Then several weeks ago I was nearly robbed by two men less than 1.5mi from there. The attempt was thwarted because of the presence of my.40 cal, which is why I did not report the incident. But nevertheless, my safety matters. While this may not seem like a big deal to some, to some of us it matters a great deal because our personal safety is on the line. Were it not for this it would be a 5 rating all day. Taking nothing away from the staff and management, who are very dedicated, I still must rate it as I see fit and for me this is a deal breaker

Spent two nights here for a week-end trip. It is right off the freeway so if noise is going to be an issue for you request a room at the back of the hotel on the West side. Check in was quick and they honored my request for an upper floor room away from elevator and the freeway! The room was a standard no frills hotel but it was adequate for our needs. Breakfast was a standard meal but they did have eggs, sausage and waffles as well as various fruits, breads and cereals. They have a nice patio out back that has tables and corn hole and a BBQ. I would stay here again without hesitation

Rooms are basic and super clean. Decent breakfast. A little noisy from the freeway traffic. Nothing that ear plugs or sleeping with the TV on couldn't fix.

Traveled to Tucson for a comedy show. This hotel had great reviews and the price was reasonable. We were not disappointed! This hotel is directly off the freeway access road close to many restaurants and an array of different venues. The hotel itself was very new/nice looking. It was clean inside and out.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the value! The free breakfast was great and had plenty of options including hot meal items like waffles, sausages, and omelets. We traveled with our dog and they even have a gated off dog area which was well maintained. The rooms were clean and had a microwave and a fridge. But our favorite part was the back of the hotel, it was like a small little oasis filled with comfy outdoor furniture, shade, grass, flowers. Very nice if you have kids that need to run around and stretch their legs. Overall great stay and experience. Will definitely be staying here if we travel back to Tucson!

Stayed at this property on a trip to Tucson. We’d stay here again and it is close to downtown Tucson and right off the freeway. Like everything there is a balance between location, price and quality. It was very nice for our purpose of a shorter stay at the right cost. The folks at the front desk were very nice and helpful in pointing out restaurants and service oriented. We noticed the place seemed packed every day. Breakfast was really good there with a waffle maker and other amenities. The rooms were very clean and this is important to us.||We did hear a dog barking above our room but to be fair we knew this property was pet friendly and hoped it wouldn’t be an issue - Just something to note. We’re wondering if this may play into room design. The room we were in was nice - it had 2 sections separated by a solid door. Everything seemed nice and new. There are tvs in each section. The flooring was non carpeted and the rooms had high ceilings - this made it feel a little overly modern to us, but again this is a taste and preference ||We’d stay here again and nice job to the staff during our stay

Great overall value and provides all of the amenities you need. The gyms and pool are pretty basic but the breakfast area and back patio are really nice. Management is excellent. I would stay here again.
