I inquired about one of their listings on bizbuysell and 48 hours later NO RESPONSE. I decided to call the listing agent, Tami Hillier, and instead of getting an apology I got attitude. Horrible follow up and no sense of urgency what so ever. In addition, on their listing they included the name and the address to the listing. I found out through the owner of the business that this is a confidential listing. Not a very smart move. What a joke.

The negative reviews don’t make much sense to me as Tom in particular was always going the extra mile to help me sell smart and in a timely manner so I felt the need to write this. They really cared about my success and it was refreshing to say the least. Easy to contact and they reply as fast as they humanely can. Compared to other firms I had met with this by far has been the most professional and effective. Selling your business isn’t a walk in the park and it can be stressful but I was fortunate to be in the right hands. These are very hard working people and I appreciate what they’ve done for me.
