I just completed a 3 day trip with what was defined as "one of the top 3 worst snow conditions in BBA history" and all I can say is it was EPIC, and extremely DEEP!!! Chris and his crew adapted instantly to the conditions to provide what I can only define as an experience of a lifetime. TJ, Blaine and Andrew, our guides, along with everyone else at BBA are all top notch professionals and I was humbled by their knowledge and experience. And no, I didn't forget Travis, our chef. The food was amazing!!! If you're looking to step out of your comfort zone, be pushed to your limits and learn what mountain riding is all about I guaranty this will be the place for you. Many thanks to Chris and all of his staff and we'll be seeing you next year!!!

PS. Chris, I think you should put in a vending machine in the lodge for us old folk. I posted a picture with my recommendation!!!!

PPS. Brayden says put in a hot tub at the lodge and raise your rate $250 per person to cover the cost.....

I’ve ordered three sets of shocks From Burandts backcountry adventure. Their customer service has always been amazing. I’ve had the opportunity to talk to chris a few times when I have ordered something. He has always been very helpful and explaining any questions I had about how to adjust my shocks. This time was a little different. I ordered the IQS Shock package at the beginning of the 22–23 season ended up getting hurt and not being able to put them on. Finally got the chance this season to put them on and I had some questions about set up. It says a lot about chris when I called he actually remembered who I was and it had been a year since I talked to him. Even though all the thousands of people that he talks to says a lot about his character, and how much he cares about the people Buying from him and like always, he took the time to explain everything I needed to know, and did not seem like I was an inconvenience or bothering him even though I know he was busy in the middle of his snowmobile season. Thanks, Chris and thanks to everybody at Burandts Backcountry adventure, you guys are the best. Haven’t had an opportunity to try them out yet but hopefully soon

I orders a set of fox QS3 shocks from BBA. I was sent another order by mistake. The orders were only 1 digit apart and at this time of year there are probably a lot of orders going out with people getting ready for this season it is an easy mistake to make. They went above and beyond to get me my shocks back. They reached out to the person who had received my order ( who had seen the message I sent them and ignored it, must have thought it was Christmas) convinced them to send me my order and got us labels the same day. Customer service was top notch. I will be ordering my parts through them in the future. Highly recommend!
