When you call ask for Clayton!! He was fantastic but in all actuality every single person we encountered there was fantastic! They took their time and showed us everything. They were patient with all my crazy questions and we pulled away with our next adventure! Clayton was patient but extremely thorough. He knew everything I needed or he was able to find out quickly. There was never any pressure (unlike other dealerships I’ve worked with) just presented the facts and smoked the competition on price and quality of communication and service. I will buy from them again!! (Yes Clayton I have my eye on that Airstream!)

Clayton the sales rep and Devon the man who did our orientation and set up were out of this world! Incredibly knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and kind!!! This place truly cared about our experience and we feel very comfortable call or texting Clayton anytime! At one point he told me it was his job to answer customers questions day and night! This type of work ethic these days is rare and both Clayton and Devon embody that!!! The best experience we could have had!! Everyone there was so helpful!!

Blue Compass RV was a fantastic experience! My wife and I are first time RV buyers and are very pleased with this dealership so far.

Isaac worked with us to pick out a fantastic Aurora 26BH, and had great answers for all of our questions. We left the dealership multiple times, and each time was low-pressure. No scummy tactics to try and make us buy immediately. The buying process went well, and Mandy was easy to finance with. She was very quick to re-run numbers when I needed to change my mind on which warranty I chose.

Flacco sent us off with an amazing experience. He is a fount of knowledge, and gave us so much great information and tips for our first RV experience. I know SO much more about my RV because of him. He was patient, addressed all of our concerns, installed my new hitch on my truck, and showed me how to safely use everything.

The Blue Compass in Sanford called ahead for us on a van. We put down a little deposit to make sure it was still there next day. It was. And looked great. But. Drove the 3 hours to Gainesville. And. No one even got out of their chair to help. They couldn't be bothered. We were only customer there. Yet. No help. And with 24 hours notice, They somehow couldn't find the key. To the dead van. Called our dealership up, told them to call Gainesville and thank them for losing a sale. If you're looking for a van, support, or supplies, DON'T. GO. HERE.

This dealership has some of the friendliest salesmen I have ever encountered. We had two young men helping us over the course of a week or so as we tried to find a way to replace the house we'd just lost to Helene with a house on wheels we can maybe just roll away the next time ... These guys both had lots of work to do, but made us feel special and worthy of their precious time even during their off hours Neither was pushy at all. They were well informed and kind and I would highly recommend either of them if you need assistance in buying the RV that suits your individual needs. They are each and both exceptionally patient!

I would like to say that I woke up Monday morning and had no intentions on purchasing an RV. I had a meeting at 11 AM to buy more land and I just had a thought to go take a look and see how nice these RVs could be I would like you to know that from the minute, I spoke to the receptionist, and then Ray Williams it was professional educational service was awesome and a very open friendly atmosphere. They were very thorough with the financing good about showing different ways in order to purchase and when I left there, I truly felt like I had done business with the Blue Compass group before , it was a perfect business relationship and will definitely follow up with any future needs. I would also like to emphasize the young man Ray Williams. I would’ve been very easily fooled not to think that he had been there for a few years. He did a great job selling this RV !!again Everybody there KYLE Ray Mandy, the young lady at the reception desk young lady that took the $5000 for the deposit. I just brought my new 2024 Alante 29S home and it was such a fantastic experience! DJ introduced me to any unit I wanted to see and he was knowledgeable about the unit and pros/cons compared to other rigs. I initially wanted the 27A, and I was moving forward with a purchase. But then I changed my mind to the 29S and there was no pressure to keep my first choice at all. They want you to be happy and with all my questions and concerns, they never got frustrated and DJ was supportive the entire time. Thank you to DJ, Kyle, Christian and Mandi for my new exciting rig! Extra props to Mandi for her continued efforts at getting us the absolute best financing rate - then saved us even more by discovering a coverage we just didn’t need. And thanks to Carl for the orientation as well. Highly recommend these folks!
