Very nice hotel. I was here for the night during a robotics competition and it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good too. Free coffee in the lobby was a hit and available all day. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

This hotel would have received very high grades for its cleanliness, modern updates, location etc except they committed the worst offense. When we arrived after 3pm our room we had previously checked into wasn’t ready. No problem, we took one that was. Upon entering the room notice a ‘welcome Charles’ on the tv screen. No problem, I just called down to the desk and said I want to make sure Charles doesn’t show up here. Also, my name for the Internet access didn’t work. They couldn’t seem to fix that so gave me a workaround promo code. All fixed, right? Nope …half hour later tv says ‘welcome Ray’. Told them at front desk I didn’t want Ray showing up either. Now desk clerk calls the room and asks me my name. All fixed, right? ||Sure enough, someone has a key and walks in our room after 8pm and of course we’re not fully dressed. ||I’m pretty easy going but this is a serious security issue. Working the front desk mostly involves checking people in and out. Not rocket science. Seems since Covid, nobody has competent help or training any more. ||Anyway, you’ll like the hotel but lock your doors.

Very nice hotel that is fairly new. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are decent. Friendly staff. Breakfast is normal Hilton breakfast. Clean breakfast area and well stocked. Would recommend and would stay here again if passing through.

This is an ideal Hampton Inn: newly built, very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, plus a Dairy Queen in the parking lot. What’s not to love? The roar of I-75 in your room if you’re on the side of the building that faces the highway. Also, the hotel suffered hurricane damage, and repairs are underway but did not impact my stay.

Positive: So clean and the night staff was very friendly and helpful. Negative: I was told by the night shift that we could get a breakfast bag to go in the morning. When I asked the next day that person said they didn't have any and was kind of rude like I interrupted what she was doing. Manners mean a lot when traveling.

The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and spacious for my family but both sinks were clogged. The included breakfast was great .Perfect location and short drive to several springs in the area. We will definitely stay here again.

Horrible welcome experience! Had to park in back and go through back door ussi g virtual key. However, it did not work. Had to wait several minutes for someone getting on elevator. I am disabled and this was major inconvenience. I brought this up to front desk at check in and only response was we have bad wifi. She gives us keys and says enjoy your stay. I had to ask fir diamond member package of water, drinks & snack. She gives me 2 waters, a coke and a cookie. I asked for 2 of each and she said that was all I was entitled too. I asked if we're supposed to share coke & cookie and she laughed and Said she didn't know but that was policy. RIDICULOUS- rooms were $300/night. Thankfully, I was able to use points.
Rooms were super clean but my bed was horrible. Felt like ike I was sleeping in a ditch on the o e side.
On the second night, I went downstairs to grab some hot chocolate and watch some TV in lobby (which was empty). The water was cold and had to interupt a bull session at the desk to request fresh hot water. The desk clerk left to get the water and I asked the other clerk wearing the mask for the remote so I could turn off the weather channel and watch a game. She told me there were no remotes. What!!! There was a game on Friday when I checked in. I skipped the hot chocolate and asked for my daily waters for the room and was told sorry, I received the 2 bottles yesterday. Like cmon, I could of made separate reservations. I am a diamond member with Hilton and this was the 3rd property I stayed in this month. This stay was just bizarre and hold the management company responsible and not Hilton directly. I will drive past this location in my opinion and skip this greedy place. I think I'm more angry because of the crappy bed and the welcoming committee. The lady at desk Saturday morning was very pleasant and receptive.

The hotel is clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I chose this from the Hilton app because of its amenities and proximity to interstate 75. I was not disappointed at all. I would stay here again.
