With the price I paid for two nights, I should have charged the roaches in my room a couple of bucks to stay with me. The toilet wasn't clean, the lights above the sink didn't work. ( I guess they don't want you to have lights so you don't see the roaches) The bed was crappy, no one came to change the linen or towels during my two night stay. Maybe the rooms are cleaned once a week. Avoid if all possible.

After driving for hours and finding no vacancy in several hotels, we were happy to find a place with rooms available. I should have checked the room! The check in guy was pleasant enough at the beginning. However, after seeing the room I went to speak to him about various things that were not acceptable in the room - Grey, dingy towels, stained bedding, holes in bedding, a towel rack hanging partially off the wall, a rusty tissue dispenser hanging from the vanity, and a unclean odor in the room.He offered to replace the towels and did so but they too were unacceptable. We requested a refund and left. They charged over $100 for this room. Ridiculous!

I stopped here while driving from Tampa on my way to Destin. The first room they gave me was disgusting and it literally seemed like it was a place that maybe homeless people had been living. There were holes in the walls, the sheets and bedspreads had cigarette holes burned in them, and the pillows had huge stains. It was disgusting. In the area around the hotel in my room felt super sketchy. I felt like I could get robbed at any moment. So I went back to the office and told them all of this, and they gave me a different room that was only one step above the last. It also had holes in the walls and the towels that were once white we’re almost black. This place is disgusting and feels dangerous. The only reason I did not leave and find a new place was because I had made the reservation on Priceline and could not get a refund and it was late at night. I checked the second rooms bed for bedbugs to make sure that wasn’t also an issue and then just crawled under the covers and slept a few hours. I got up immediately in the morning and left without showering or anything. Do not stay here unless you are a drug dealer are looking to be robbed and ripped off.

The only reason I’m giving a second star instead of one is because the location was right off of the interstate and after 13 hours on the road I could not have safely driven another mile!

This place was DISGUSTING- it’s made me rethink staying in any hotels ever again for the rest of my days. Which just might now be less days than I had left originally due to my stay at this ā€œhotel/innā€

It looked, felt and smelled like more of an abandoned trailer that used to be occupied by former meth cooker that left crumbs around freely and got roaches. Then to scare off the roaches they got a dog, but the dog brought his friends the Fleas with him when he moved in.

The guy at the counter when I got there on the 21 was pretty rude and unhelpful, when I asked him about the advertised rate online he said ā€œthat price isn’t available for walk insā€ and tried to charge me the 26$ more expensive rate. So instead I went on the website and booked while I was in the lobby with him- but the original price had changed now from 64$ to 80$ after tax.

What I stayed in was NOT an 80$ room- it was more like a 40$ room that hadn’t passed inspection since the mid 70s.

Along with reeking of cigarettes and dog (which I was in a non smoking room) there were ACTUAL fleas or bedbugs IN the bed. It was horrifying and I’ve never been so glad of checking before getting into a bed ever.

Incase that wasn’t bad enough- the bed had no comforter. Just a spotted yellow stained sheet and what looked like a tablecloth only the size of a queen bed sheet.

There were literal holes in the walls in the bathroom… I wish I was kidding. I watched things crawl out of the hole closest to the toilet.

They did have soap!! So it could have always been worse!! But I have yet to experience worse…

Two stars for service bc even though the morning employees husband was there chatting with her and managed to finish off the coffee in his to go cup- and didn’t make another one as well as them offering stale cereal with ā€œno milk availableā€ …. The lady that worked in the morning was at least friendly. Unlike her male -previous night- coworker.

I’m all about giving good reviews, and usually think negative ones aren’t worth the time writing… this one is.

Needed a room for the night after driving all day. Tried several hotels all either with no vacancy, or wouldn't let us park our truck & trailer.
Finally found this hotel after hours of trying. The check in guy was very helpful, polite, and had fantastic customer service skills, would give him 5ā˜† all the way! The rooms were decent enough for the price. The AC worked well, bathrooms were a little cramped and needed some updating, but besides that the room and beds were pretty clean and comfortable. It was a nice quiet place to stay and rest, at a reasonable price.

Stayed there during hurricane Helene. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pet friendly, so we didn't have to leave our dog behind. One less thing to worry about! The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. The staff went all out to provide us with breakfast food and drink. Really, for an inexpensive hotel, it outdid my expectations. This is not a luxury hotel but well worth the money!
