We had such a wonderful time! I took my 5 year old daughter there for a quick trip while we were waiting to pick up my wife from the airport. The staff from entry were super helpful and polite. There is a coziness to the look and feels of the resort. Also, what really impresses me is there commitment to safety. Upon observing the lifeguards, I noticed how thorough they were with observing the the pools and the little ones. In fact, my daughter bumped her head (minor thing) and a life guard quickly asked me if we needed an ice pack. I wish I had an endless amount of vacation days and money because we absolutely loved it. WE WILL BE BACK!

Our family has been here before and loved it. This last time, the facility was newly renovated and looked amazing. One of the things I noticed that was added was a golf simulator indoors. I didn't get to try it out though. The water park was great for the kids as always. Our rooms were clean and without issues. Customer service was great. If you like to have a drink on vacation, they also have adult beverages in the water park area, the outside pool area, and a few places inside. As far as location, Grapevine is also amazing. Located near the mall, dining, and many other stores that can be useful.

We had such a great time here. We went in early November! Everything was so much fun.

My kids enjoyed the evening dance party and the afternoon arts and crafts. They had a fun time swimming as well however I hope they make the water warmer. My kids 6,5 and 1 lasted about 45 minutes before their lips turned blue. I only went in waist deep into the wave pool because it was too cold. My friends warned me about this but I didn’t think it would be a problem and it was.

What a mess. No organization. No control of guests. Not enough employees to keep things open. They even charged us $120 for towels that we returned because the guy didn't tell us we had to scan our wrist bands. We went as a last minute birthday trip and we will never ever go again and we will never recommend it. It could have been a really awesome place if they had their stuff in order. The employees were nice and the place was clean enough but it's pure chaos. We like busy kid friendly places but the lack of regulation of guests and lack of team members just makes for a hot mess.

Came here because my school had a winter break. Honestly the staff made this a VERY VERY kid friendly experience. Also the lifeguards are very serious about there jobs, following standards and everything. Bowling, fun, laser tag, fun, Arcade, fun. The Breakfast buffet, AMAZING, but very pricy. The magi quest game was also very fun and kid friendly. Out of all of this I found very few downsides, firstly, the price for everything especially the food in the hotel, SUPER EXPENSIVE. Secondly, mattress were kinda stiff. In the indoor water park, there is no vents so the strong chlorine was very heavy so my eyes were tearing up and i could not stop coughing, definitely need to add some small vents. And that’s really it. Great hotel for vacation!!

Great place for family fun, but the food is disappointing and very expensive. The atmosphere is enjoyable, and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. However, I’d highly recommend bringing your own food or planning to eat at a nearby restaurant, as the options inside are not great. Another downside is that they sell too many day passes, making the water park extremely overcrowded. If they managed the crowd size better, it would be a much more enjoyable experience.

The place offers a great experience for a day out, especially for families. The attractions are fun and engaging for children, making it an enjoyable spot for kids to play and explore.

However, there are some areas for improvement. The food quality did not meet expectations, and better maintenance of the bathrooms and pool area is needed, as regular cleaning is essential to ensure safety, particularly for young children.

Additionally, the water park check-in system was not operational when I arrived, so the bundle package was unavailable. Finally, charging for self-parking feels unnecessary and could be reconsidered to enhance the overall guest experience.

This place is fun. The water slides and ropes course are fun. The staff is friendly and the rest of the environment outside the waterpark is nice. They also have bakery with delicious treats. They have a Starbucks and the food is good. However, they lost one star from me because the chlorine fumes in the water park are too strong and made me nauseous. They need to do something about that. The place is still fun though
