This was my first time watching ICE. Def recommend. Such a wonderful experience. I would buy tickets beforehand; usually there is a discount code available - I recommend getting the on-site parking as well. Parking is usually sold out and you have to park at their lot and get shuttle service, which takes up a lot of time.

Definitely bring gloves, hats and warm gear; it gets cold in there. They will provide jackets as well. The photos by them are $50 for 2 photos and a frame. But there are plenty of great photo ops inside so I don’t recommend this.

A lovely experience overall.

I personally had a lot of fun and so did my daughter it was more manageable to go after Christmas! The ice sculptures were absolutely beautiful. The ritual of putting on the coats to go in was so exciting, the whole thing was fun. Yes it was pricier but it's supposed to be. It's the Gaylord. If you're looking for a cost effective activity this isn't the place to come. My daughter and I had a blast.

The ICE exhibit is our family tradition. Love the artwork and experience. Many of the staff working the exhibit don't want to be there and act accordingly, but the employees who do their jobs well overshadow the sub-par employees. Pricing is inflated, but thankfully there are special deals. Covered parking is overpriced, and the less pricey lot is pretty far away, uncovered and you have to wait awhile for the shuttle. We park in the covered parking as it's safer and convenient.
Getting your ICE pics is like a cattle drive unless you take control and don't let them run the timing to look at your pics and purchase. Pic quality is always perfect and pricing is fair.
No complaints at all, just narrating our experience.
This exhibit is a must do during the holidays.

We visited the ICE! exhibit yesterday. Tickets came out to $44 per person after fees. Parking was a jaw-dropping $40. We opted to get drinks as well; beware, they include gratuity in the price of the bill but do not provide you an itemized receipt. It’s in fine print at the bottom of the menu. The photo package starts at $50.

There were positives. The ice was super well done. It’s a neat experience unlike anything I’ve seen. The detail to ensuring the vivid carvings amaze is impressive. I enjoyed seeing someone carving at the end.

I recommend bringing a beanie and gloves. The parkas, as others have mentioned, aren’t super thick. Also, walk around the hotel lobby itself to see more lights / displays for free.

The experience itself was impressive, but I feel the prices were ridiculous and it was a money grab. I expected the exhibit to be longer.

I’ll go 4 star with an understanding that it takes too much effort , hard work and consistency to create those ice sculptures while sitting inside the ice tent under freezing temperatures. Kudos. I will also point out that apart from that there could be better way to entertain kids and family outside ice sculptures. You could have kept ginger bread house in the same area rather people to walk a lot to find out it’s just not too worth. Well Christmas lights around the mid area is awesome. Parking is very costly but if you want to park little away for less, there’s an option. Gaylord busses continues to run between parking if it not wrong so that I save some money there. I guess almost 45$. Hot cocoa is very very Thick and extra sweet. Heads up for the people with Sugars.. Couldn’t drink. Will go next year with extra planning.

ICE! at the Gaylord Texan is nothing short of a winter wonderland in the heart of Texas. This year’s Rudolph theme is pure holiday magic, with stunning ice sculptures that bring the beloved story to life. Yukon Cornelius even makes an appearance in the icy lineup, and he’s just as cool (literally) as you’d imagine! Walking through feels like stepping into a frozen art gallery, and the vibrant lights and intricate details are nothing short of amazing. The ice slides? An absolute blast—yes, even for grown-ups who might ‘accidentally’ go twice.

Pro tip: Bundle up! They provide parkas, but mine was missing the last four buttons on the bottom, so let’s just say I really got to experience the frosty vibes. Gloves and hats are a must because it’s seriously cold in there. While it’s a little on the pricey side, the immersive experience, nostalgic Rudolph theme, and iconic Yukon Cornelius make it completely worth it. Whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart, ICE! is a holiday tradition you won’t want to miss!

This was a very expensive experience. Sure, it was neat to see all these beautifully carved sculptures, but some of them really needed to be touched up. The coats they provided were fine, but not that warm. It could have been bigger inside because it was crowded and difficult to get pictures. It also wasn't as big as I expected. It was so cold inside, we rushed through, and I even brought my own gloves. I don't know. I'm just not sure it lived up to the hype and was worth all the money. It's definitely one of those things I can cross off my list, but I'll probably never go again.

I visited this attraction solo while on a work trip. I found a coupon code online which saved me 50%. The full price is definitely cost prohibitive for a family. Anyway, I am a Christmas fanatic and I totally loved my experience! I was surprised they provided coats to everyone given all the warnings to dress warmly on their website.
