This gym is pretty good overall. Nice facilities, childcare, and pool. Our main complaint is communication. While everything seems to run pretty smoothly, the communication is so bad at the Pointe. Giving it the 2 star rating.

On multiple occasions, my wife and I have come to the Pointe, specifically for the pool for our toddler. For some reason, the hours never seem to be updated on the website, and additionally when you call the number provided nobody ever answers the phone (they are usually really well staffed at the front).

We have shown up several times and the pool is closed for whatever reason, but there is no way to find out before hand.

The only other reason for the negative review is again for communication, but with childcare. We absolutely love the childcare, but for some reason protocol is:

If your child has a dirty diaper or is crying the whole time, they will send a staff member (who should probably be watching the kids) out to find you in the gym. I might be crazy, but it makes zero sense to me when they have access to your phone numbers. (Maybe send a staff member as a last resort).

Both of these things make zero sense to me and seem so easily avoidable to make for a much better experience 🤷🏻‍♂️

We have come here for toddler time on Fridays and have only experienced the outside pool. My littles get so excited to come here and really enjoy this pool. The weather has been so hot so this has been great. There is also a splash area and quite a few covered seating areas which is nice. Hope to continue coming with the kids 🙂

Our family joined late last year and so far we like what this has to offer. They seem to have the right amount of everything and the indoor pool has way more than anywhere else for kids. The 3 stars are for that. Had to take 2 stars away, and I debated taking more, because when we exited the pool 7 massive roaches scurried out of my sandals. No need to tell you how awful and terrifying that experience was. When I told the front desk, there was no apology just "oh gross, thanks for telling us." Super unprofessional response for something that shouldnt be happening. Really ruined what appeared to be an immaculate facility.

horrible customer service! Don’t go here ever. They will cancel on you with no explanation. Considering my sister booked this places months in advance and they didn’t have the common courtesy to contact the party hosts about what was going on maybe even try to reschedule nothing! Just rude ugly individuals. Any questions my family had were answered very unprofessionally no type of hospitality what’s so ever! I understand stuff happens but the way these people went about it was insane. 3 life guards stood around while my little niece was in the hot tub drowning so unless u want people who don’t care about the well being of your children while they’re in the water I would re think ever going to Keller point. God bless! I hope this type of behavior never happens to anyone else this is ridiculous

If I could give ZERO stars I would! WORST PLACE EVER!!! Don’t even waist your money or time here! My family had a young child’s birthday party here and it was a huge let down! We didn’t get to the party room until after almost 2 hours after the original party time started. The entire party was to wait in the main lobby until then. There was little to no communication as to what exactly was going on and when we did ask questions the workers were very UNPROFESSIONAL! They have no compassion or empathy, like how do you explain all of this to a THREE year old! You can’t! As time went on we were eventually asked to leave and I really hope they get their money back because the lifeguards were proud to tell us all they do not offer refunds! This is a parents WORST NIGHTMARE, literally had our party mom in TEARS!! Shame on youuu Keller Pointe!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I attended a birthday party yesterday for a young child, the family had rented out one of the party rooms for two hours. I showed up an hour late only to find that the party was all waiting in the lobby. Apparently, there was an incident causing them to have to close down the pool for cleaning, not sure what that had to do with the room but that was the case. Finally, after over an hour past the time they booked for we were shown the room, I believe the party was being offered an extra hour of time in the room to make up for the delay, fine. The kids proceeded to try to go and swim. We were then informed it was going to be another 45 minutes to be able to swim due to the cleaning. The kids who were attending this party then tried to hang out in the jacuzzi, which they were told that anyone under 13 could only have their feet in. This was a small child’s party, again, so mostly everyone was under that age limit. At one point the jacuzzi was turned off, so I’m not sure why it was such a big issue but I get that rules are in place for safety. What really struck me, though, was as the two life guards that were attending to the jacuzzi area with all the kids on the side trying to get them to stay on the outer edge, a small child had floated off the stairs and into deeper water where he couldn’t reach. They just stood there just watching as he did and I had to ask, “arent you two lifeguards, can one of yall help him to the edge?” Kind of crazy that I’d have to point that out, since that’s their literal job to ensure that everyone’s safe in the water. A different lifeguard came over got in the water and proceeded to help after being called out and as he was doing so, another small child had floated off the stairs and went under the water and we had to yell to get him to notice and pull her up. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from people who are entrusted to keep people, especially children safe. I would never return to this facility and I hope they plan on fully refunding the family who rented the room, for simple lack of communication on the situation with the pool. Sure, accidents happen and I don’t think they planned on having the pool needing to be closed during the party but when people are paying money to use certain facilities it should be your responsibility as a business to communicate whether or not those things are available and should reschedule or reimburse accordingly.

On 12/28/2024, went swimming life guards on duty that day were very rude. This place has really terrible customer service. It used to be good but has been going downhill the last year or so.

We came to celebrate TKP 20 and it was a blast.

The facility was clean and maintained. The lazy river was relaxing. The slides were fun! The blue slide is faster than the yellow one, so make sure to hang onto your sunglasses on that one. 😎

The staff was kind and helpful. The lifeguards all were attentive and nice, even when enforcing rules. They all seemed to enjoy being there and were diligent working.

My family had a great time and we will definitely be back again!!!
