I needed a couple of hours to kill some time before my flight. Oh boy this was a great option. This aquarium got it right! So much to see and the curves and tuck aways made it am adventure. Bonus the have small cafes scattered about and gift shops. The exhibits were intimate and very informative. The look on the visitors faces were priceless. A good time. So many kids, young couples, and elderly. Wheelchairs were maneuvering and people seemed comfortable. It just felt welcoming. Bonus...the cost was actually reasonable. One more thing there are plenty of places to sit and take in the scenery. ‼️🥰

This is now a new favorite aquarium! I would say it’s way more than an aquarium though. The design/layout makes you forget you’re in a park- you feel immersed with the animals and sea critters! Beautifully maintained and clean. So many different animals to see!

We visited on a Sunday morning. Parking was plentiful when we arrived but filled up by afternoon. Displays in the museum were great. Animals were awesome. My favorites were the flamingos, otter, and frogs. There are lots of birds and different primates. It's great for a rainy day option in Dallas. We left our car in the parking here and walked a few blocks to the Dealy plaza, grassy knoll site. Would recommend a visit.

Went here for my birthday and had a great time! Unlike any other aquarium I have been to feel much more immersive with all the greenery throughout. They not only had a wide variety of fish from all over the world but also had reptiles, and small mammals as well. We went at around 1:30pm and it was a bit busy but nothing crazy very manageable to walk around still. I would recommend checking it out if you are visiting the area!

So much fun! Everyone who worked there was also very nice and family friendly. Also there is a bathroom on all floor levels. It might be a difficult though if you are using a wheelchair. Some of the paths are narrow and the path is sometimes bumpy bc of how it’s constructed. It’s supposed to appear you are in a natural environment like a rain forest. Overall, I would recommend this place if you just want to enjoy nature but indoors.

This was our second trip to the Dallas World Aquarium after 10 years. This place does not disappoint - - in terms of animals.

(Disappointing) To start, beware of where you park. Some lots will charge more than others. Shop around if you will, there are plenty of lots around the aquarium. We paid $16 then found out another lot only charges 10.

The animals appear to be well taken care of. The enclosures were clean and mostly odor free (I've been to zoos that reek). Only complaint is that many of the enclosures appear to be much too small.

There is a wide variety of animals. I was quite surprised even though it was my second time here. You will not be disappointed - many of these animals you will not find in a Zoo.

In all, the Dallas World Aquarium is a one-of-a-kind place. It is worth the visit.

Here’s a review based on your visit to the Dallas World Aquarium with your family:

Our recent trip to the Dallas World Aquarium was an unforgettable experience for our family of four, including our two young kids. From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere was captivating. The aquatic displays were mesmerizing, and the kids were absolutely thrilled to see the manatee gliding gracefully through the water. Watching their little faces light up as they pointed and interacted with the exhibits was a joy in itself.

The aquarium’s layout is thoughtfully designed, offering an immersive experience that blends vibrant marine life with lush rainforest environments. Our kids especially enjoyed getting up close to the flamingos and exploring the diverse wildlife in such a beautiful setting.

What stood out the most was how family-friendly the entire space is. There was ample room for the kids to move around and explore, and the exhibits were perfectly positioned for little ones to get a clear view. The staff was helpful and ensured a smooth experience for everyone.

We left with smiles, memories, and plenty of pictures! If you’re looking for a fun, educational outing that will delight kids and adults alike, the Dallas World Aquarium is a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back for another family adventure!

It's an interesting place. We have celebrated our kiddos' birthday here 3 times in a row cause he wants to visit the axolotls every year on his birthday.during the visit, some areas might be under construction and or they have some maintenance. For a small building they sure do have a lot inside. The avairy is my favorite. Tho I wish this little animals are not in cages but here we are.
