0 stars (had to put one to leave this review). The rooms smelled like antique dressers and sweaty socks! We went in the rooms and tried to give it a chance until we saw this little fellow (a bed bug), then there were several more beneath the mattress! We were there for 3 minutes before we left and went to another hotel. Then when we told the people up front they got an attitude and wouldn’t refund our money! Definitely wouldn’t recommend..

Decent quality for price. Bring your own pillow. Bath room needs updating. New very comfortable mattress. Super hot water watch out. Felt very safe here. And had truck and trailer parking in the rear. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.

For a Choice hotel, this one falls very short of expectations. The room was just barely "surface clean," the bed was lumpy and squishy, the coffee (both in-room and in the lobby) was mediocre. The hot water is so hot that even my tough-skinned husband couldn't take it - well above the recommended temperature, so if you visit and have children with you, use extreme caution! And don't let the babies crawl around on the floor - I'm not convinced the room was vacuumed after the previous guests checked out. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast service began at 5 am, rather than 6 like most hotels.

The place isn't perfect, but it was clean enough and appeared safe. The manager made great attempts to make me happy when the tv didn't come in, he supplied me with a new remote. My phone didn't work but I have my cell. The bed linens were clean and the carpet appeared clean, too. Room 123

Management is poor. They treat the staff like they are disposable and useless. GM's name is Andy and he just does not like people at all. Rooms are dirty. I was told a fax of mine was sent which never was and it almost cost me a bunch if money. I stayed there on and off for about a month because I had a good rate, however there are a couple better hotels for a few more dollars in the same area. I do not recommend this property. Just being honest.

Horrible management, I was given a room with no locking mechanism on the inside of the room. If they give you room 114 run as fast as you can. There was dust all over the lamps, the electrical outlet next to the sink did not work. I am pretty sure they do not wash their bedding but maybe once a month. I don't have very high standards when it comes to hotels but this place was disgusting.

During our Florida evacuation from Hurricane Irma we had nowhere to go all of the hotels were booked and this hotel held 20 rooms for evacuees that walked in. During the time we needed it most they were there for us and greeted us With Arms Wide Open. The hotel was very accommodating and getting his toiletries needed for my entire family including Colmes toothbrushes toothpaste extra toiletries and essential Necessities for daily use. They gladly accepted my pet and the rooms were very very clean. It was nice to wake up and have a full breakfast waiting! The staff was courteous and Way Beyond helpful! I would definitely recommend this for any and everyone! Thank you Quality Inn

We drove from Florida to Alabama for a wedding chose this hotel to stay because it was close to the event! I have No complaint's!! The front desk & staff we're very friendly, the room, beds & shower were all very clean, the water was extra hot and everything you could think of for food was right there! Best choice and I would definitely stay again with my family. The continental breakfast wasn't the best the kids liked it but there's a waffle house in walking distance literally ?
