At first the room didn’t seem as bad but quickly found out the room had never been cleaned. My toddler , mom, & I all have curly hair, yet there was straight hair all over the bed. It smells like burnt hair. Went to use the bathroom and the toilet seat was still warm. Then I look at the towels and see that they have red spots on them. I grab another towel and that one is damp. The wash clothes were wet already. I had to use my dirty shirt to shower with, and a clean shirt to dry off with. The tissue was already used/open. If we weren’t traveling with a toddler I would have gotten a refund and slept in the car instead. There where literal feet print on both sides of the hand towels. I’m not expecting a deep cleaning at all but since I clean hotels and condos for a living in Pensacola I know for fact this room wasn’t even attempted at being cleaned

Pleasantly surprised. Stayed here with my two small dogs. It's definitely a no thrills place. The room was neat and clean, no musty or strong cleaning scent. The room had vinyl flooring which I really liked. It's cleaner and does not leave pet scents behind. Prices are very reasonable and I will stay again when I can. Dog friendly but do charge $20 for a small dog

I stayed here on a business trip back home and the service was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I checked in and checked out with ease. The rooms were clean and well kept.

We came for the Hank Williams festival was a vendor and we had to leave early due to weather. They so gracious refunded the money for the extra night. So nice and coffee was delicious too.

Booked a room online. Without being given an option was designated a smoking room. I am a severe asthmatic. I cannot sleep in a smoking room. They wouldnt/couldn't change the booking. I was on the phone for over an hr trying to get it changed. No one helped me. Now I'm continuing on the road very tired and will be a risk to myself and others. Thanks. Don't have a nice night. I won't.

If you're looking for a good place with good service, this is the spot.
The rooms are nice, a shower with great water pressure, especially if you like hot showers. The staff is friendly and home feeling. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and newcomers ?

Came there to book room went to check out room it stunk bad no air and the indian was a jerk would not give a new room wanted89.00 bucks for a stinking room with luke warm air stay away
