This hotel is clean and no bugs. It is close to 65 south. It is in need of a remodel and it needs some sprucing up. There was no cable or internet service. The clerk said it had been out for awhile. The TV was off the wall and sitting on the chest of drawers. The commode constantly ran and the sink dripped all night. I paid 62 bucks. I wouldn't want to have paid more. I booked two queen beds. I got 2 double beds. It's a comfortable bed, just not large enough for two people. The hotel sits between two abandoned businesses. Very run down on the outside.

I stayed here last night. There is no TV service they said the satellite was struck by lightning almost at two weeks ago. Went to my room and pulled back the covers and the sheets were filthy. Went to the front desk and told her I couldn’t stay there and was told I couldn’t get a refund so she moved us to another room. Bed had clean sheets n it but everything else was dirty. I have attached pictures. Hair on the back of the toilet and 1 towel and two washcloths that n ended to be thrown away. Never again I was very disappointed.

On 5/18/24 my sister (Mary Cade) and I stayed at the Red Roof in Evergreen room (111) and the following conditions were experienced: (1) the door would not lock until you slammed it shut, (2) the room had a foul smell, (3) the furniture was in need of replacing or repairing. One of the drawers on the chest was completely broken and the bottom of the chest needs replacing, (4) the TV didn’t work and the remote control was missing the back cover, (5) only one of the three lamps worked, (6) the wash cloths were extremely dingy that they looked dirty, I could not take a bath or wash my face, (7) the bed was comfortable, however, I itched throughout the early morning hours. The sheets and pillowcases were extremely wrinkle as if multiple people had slept on them. One of the pillowcases was turned inside out as if it had kept the same pillowcase, (8) only one setting on the air conditioner was operating which was set on the coldest setting, (9) very little toilet paper left on roll with no extra rolls, (10) the young lady at check in was very personable and greeted me with a welcome smile, (11) after check in we left and returned and reported the above mishaps to the young man on duty. He offered us a change of rooms and gave me the key to the room next door to check it out. I went to check it out and discovered that it was occupied. Here I am at 1:30 in the morning at someone’s door trying to enter. I know that if it had been me I would have shot whomever entered. I was offered a room on the back of the hotel but we didn’t feel secure. I returned the key and informed the young man that we would just tough it out and stay in the inoperable room, (12) Only one towel was left in the room for two guests, (13) the lamp plugs on the nightstand did not work, and (14) the plug behind the nightstand was full of dust. We regret having to write this review regarding our stay at your establishment as the location is convenient and the price was reasonable.

All the paint, linens, and carpets are new. No weird smells. The furniture looked new also, but the woman at the front desk said that they we’re going to be replaced soon. I slept fine, and that’s all that mattered to me.

Check-in took almost half an hour... in the room, the lamps don't work, the TV doesn't work, and more importantly, the heater doesn't work, and there are roaches. In the morning, while getting my purse, I saw them running. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. This time, I was tired and didn't read before doing reservations. Thankfully, the bed was comfy, and that is our whole point of paying a hotel while traveling. Getting a comfortable bed to rest a few hours to keep going to our destination.

I stayed here the other night, I was just passing through with my 2 dogs. Willie at the front desk was very nice. My room, not so much. It looked like someone else had been in the room and switched rooms or left. There were no towels of any kind, there was a puppy pee pad in the garbage, and the soap (still wrapped) was on the floor between the toilet and tub. The TV barely worked, the remote was the most disgusting remote I had ever seen, I couldn't turn on the hvac fan because it was unplugged and the prongs were bent. The wrapped plastic cups had holes in them, looked like something was nibbling on them. The bed was the best looking thing in the room, if it had looked dingy I would have left, but I was so tired from driving that I stayed. All my belongings stayed in the bags, I didn't want them to touch anything. I woke up early and was out the door within 10 min. I hope I don't get bed bugs. I do not recommend staying here. Next time I stay at a Red Roof Inn, it will have to have 4.5 stars, if not, I'll sleep in my car.

Straight Garbage! Needs to be renovated. Dingy towels, dirty floors, the cable is out, dingy sheets, half the lights are missing bulbs. Still on some web sites as Quantity Inn.Red Roof should shut this place down or demand the owner fixes the issues.

No towels, no WiFi, no cable, no trash can, no card for room had to have worker unlock door each time, king comforter bedding on full size bed draping on floor worries about bugs, I travel a lot and I've stay in hundreds of motels this is without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had, do not stay here this motel is only suitable for pimps.
