Really fun! Fair Winds is very conscientious about getting good and safe weather. Our guide was great I wish we could remember his name but the company as a whole is polite and professional. The ride was relaxing and fun and we would highly recommend. My only feedback is we should all do the champagne toast together next time ?

Highly recommend flying with Fair Winds! As with any experience, the guide can make or break your experience. Jeff and his team made this an incredible experience for us! You can tell Jeff absolutely loves his job bringing guests into the air, and his enthusiasm and joy is contagious. His team was wonderful as well, as everyone was very informative and friendly! They get you involved in helping inflate and land the balloon, which makes for a great experience. I would love to fly with Fair Winds again!

Jeff (Owner) does a great job communicating, from scheduling to prepping you day before you meet your pilot to congratulating you after you land and sending you off. His presentation of his company went farther than I expected and I wish more businesses were run this way!

Toby (Our Pilot) and his crew were awesome! Letting us get involved as much or as little as we wanted, we helped inflate the balloon and tear it back down after landing which make the experience more interactive you want to join in, but isn't necessary. Toby has over 3 decades experience flying balloons, has a very friendly and open personality - if you're going up in a confined space without the ability to get away, he's a pretty good person to be stuck with. With tons of knowledge of the industry and the area, as well as a keen sense of humor, he was able to provide entertainment the entire trip. His chase crew was also very friendly and interactive also more than willing to tell us about their industry experience with one still in his rookie first week phase and the other having spent the last five summers being part of a chase crew.

Thank you for the experience Fair Winds, and you can always feel free to land in our back yard 🙂
