The ladies who planned our time while onboard and activies off ship did an outstanding job. We were honored to be a part of the eagle release in Sitka...everyday they treat you to a small gift, and answer any questions you may have, also plan a special get together for Zoe's guests only..the pick up and ride bus service was outstanding, not having to worry about parking, or unloading your luggage at Port. Would go with this travel agency any chance we get. Not to forget, helping us in celebration of our anniversary..

Booking with zoes is amazing not only will she match anybody else's price but she also charter a bus that would get you to the ship in San Francisco for free so the minute you board the bus your vacation begins

Zoe was very responsive and gave us a few nice perks or gifts on a previous Mexican Riviera cruise. The customer service was excellent for this cruise.

However, with the recent Hawaiian cruise we booked with her, she claims she got the lowest fare for us. She did get the lowest fare but not the best deal since I found the promotion with the same fare with an additional $50 onboard credit per person on the Princess website that she was not able to access it on her system. Proof of the promotion which was offered for at least two weeks after our booking was also sent to her. If we rebook directly with Princess, we would have gotten the same fare but with the additional $50 on-board credit. Unfortunately, we booked within the final payment period, and she immediately called for full payment and got our credit card information to lock us in so that we were not able to cancel to rebook directly with Princess.

When I started inquiring about the $50 on-board credit, we felt that we were being ignored and had to follow-up to get responses especially when I had more than one question on my emails. I also had to follow-up with her to get the cabin upgrade from Princess.

Also, we did not get any perks this time, not even a birthday wish, a simple acknowledgment or any special occasion gift as advertised to celebrate a birthday on our cruise.

There doesn't seem to be any benefits with booking with this travel agent anymore if all they do is book what you found on the Internet and collect your money to get their commissions. She does not provide any special services like final payment email reminders, shareholders' on-board credit processing even though confirmations are always sent to the travel agents or any helpful travel advice.

We were very disappointed with the service we receive this time since we did not receive the same high level of service that we did on our previous Mexican Riviera cruise. This type of service does not deserve any stars.

Zoe’s Cruises & Tours provides excellent service and perks. This was my 2nd cruise you Alaska but first booking through Zoe vs direct with the cruise line. The extra benefits included timely transportation 100 miles each way to and from the cruise ship, receiving gifts and souvenirs daily on the cruise, a special cruise brunch while cruising Glacier Bay and other special events coordinated by Zoe. Plus she provided a useful list on things to do in each port besides the cruise excursions. Our group of 8 was very happy with her services. At least 300 people were traveling via her company on our cruise and many people we spoke to have booked multiple cruises through her over the years. Her 39 years of experience shows.

If I could give zero stars I would. We have used Zoe’s Cruises & Tours twice and both times have been less than stellar. The most recent experience was extremely dismal. Emails were ignored or answered after several attempts. We had to call and we told to call back later for answers. We inquired into transportation from San Francisco to home and was told to arrange our own. We found out from other family members about shuttles and answers to our questions. This was our first cruise since Covid. We were required to be Covid tested before boarding. We had questions about where was the best place to get tested. Again we were on our own. We were able find these answers for our family. It would have been nice since Zoe’s staff and had been traveling on the cruises for several months They should have been able to assist their customers. When we got onto the cruise the representatives from Zoe’s Cruises & Tours, Linda and Jake, were not helpful. Any questions we had were referred to the Princess Patter or the staff of the cruise. When members of party caught Covid on the cruise they were again unhelpful other than to say none of our party could go on the shuttle back to Sacramento/Roseville regardless of the final testing results. They made no effort to assist with alternative transportation nor did they check on an of us during quarantine.

My daughter has never ridden before and we both had a great time! They chose a sweet horse for her ahf gave her points before and during the ride so that she had the basics. I think some people were uncomfortable with the "leave your cell phone behind" policy, but it is actually a great policy for the safety reasons. It was very clear that both rider and horse safety was a priority. The guides have a phone with them so you really don't need your phone in case of emergency. There is a photographer who goes alongside the trail during the ride, so just be prepared to either take pictures before/after yourself, or to pay for professional photos after ($20-60). Everyone was professional and friendly, the horses were surefooted AJ's sweet, the trail was lovely and unique, including walking IN (not across or alongside) a creek through a beautiful forested area, and of course, on the beach. Overall a fantastic experience.
