I've been staying here for just over a month. (Arrived end of July '23)
Yonder Woods RV Park is a small neighborhood like park with big, beautiful trees and It's nice and quiet. The park owners are very helpful and when you arrive, Susan will take you to your site and show you around to where the laundry and bathhouse is.
Everyone I've met here is very friendly and you're less than 3 miles from groceries, propane, restaurants and anything else you could need for your rig.
If you're in the Mobile area, come stay at one of the gems of Semmes!

Very nice and helpful owners. We stayed a week. The site wasn't level side to side (couple of boards worked) but the table and neighbors were nice. Had free washer and dryer on site.)

I definitely recommend if you’re looking for something short term and in a fairly quiet but friendly neighborhood besides a bit of traffic, this is your kind of place. My husband and I never had an issue with anyone when we lived there. Everyone made friendly conversation and the park owners/managers were excellent. They always did a great job with the upkeep in the place, and I don’t think there was a day that I didn’t see them working on something. Anytime they saw my husband and I, they’d always make it a point to say hello and make sure we were still having a comfortable stay in their park. They are very mindful of everyone and if there was ever an issue, they would make sure it was taken care of.

My stay here has been wonderful!
The park is small but clean and beautiful! Dave and his son work daily on keeping it cleaned and maintained.
The park is around the corner from a Winn Dixie grocery store, and 2 miles from a Walmart. Plenty of restaurants close by.
The park had several men living here, that worked shut downs. Dave made sure the single ladies who lives on the premises was safe and not bothered by anyone.
I give a five star just for hospitality alone! But a five star because the place was s clean, safe, and in a convenient location!

Great place for short term stay. Park was very clean and quiet. Nice azaleas all over the park. Owners were very nice and helpful in setting up my new RV. Very reasonably priced and close to all amenities (I.e. groceries, gas, dollar general, drug store etc.). Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Hello, want to give an honest review of our stay at the RV park.
First off, not sure what's up with the 1 star review because my stay was awesome!
Very professional, owners are good people as well.
I like the Sacastic old fella.... can't for the life of me remember his name but he was like a "Tasmania Devil" running around fixing everything and making sure everyone was happy and if we needed anything.
Anyway, if you are looking for a good place to pull into, this is it.
It's short term and not long term which isn't a problem but we will be scheduling to stay here again . Highly recommend! AAAA++++!
