Long story, I’ll try to make it less long. Sent the list in. Arrived in Red Bay. We were in a service bay as promised. Thanks Jason. Things went better than expected there. We had quite the lengthy list. Ken in bay 6 completed the list and even found a few other things and helped us out by taking care of those as well. Next to the mechanic shop. I have to sing the praises of Donald, Greg, Terry, and a few others. I did not get their names or my CRS is getting me. Also, I have to tip my cap to the fellas at Lippert, Josh and Jason. I observed a jack issue I didn’t realize we had. The Lippert fellas figured it out. As usual, we were getting ready to go and things happened. A slide came sideways crashing into a wall. Then a couple of hours we were back in the bay. Charles and his crew took care of getting the slide fixed. Actually couldn’t reproduce what happened. Dennis and Tyler in the cabinet shop took it straight over and did one heck of a fantastic job on our repairs. We were out in less than a day. Chris reprogramed the dash. Everything works like a charm. Ended up with one more error message that again Terry in the mechanic shop cleared up for us. That makes five times he saved our butts. We couldn’t leave without having to stop by and see Trent for our rear camera which was intermittently working. All in all a long trip (2 weeks) to Red Bay. Longer than expected, but the list of things completed is unbelievable. We had one heck of a fantastic experience from everyone we encountered. I can’t thank everyone enough. Cheers!!!

On November 1 2023, our Ford Raptor that we were towing exploded on the highway and caught up in fire. My husband managed to detach the burning pickup from our RV, but unfortunately the RV also had a lot of fire damage. In short, on November 3 2023, we were at Tiffin service center and campground. We have an Allegro Bay 2023.

They had to replace the roof and the back of the RV. There was more than 104 thousand US dollars in damage, we are French Canadians living in Calgary. We stayed 3 and a half months the first stay and a week the second stay. All the employees were impeccable.

The only thing that bothered me was the lack of seriousness of the people responsible for quality control. The employees are very competent but overworked, so it is completely legitimate to forget important steps, hence the importance of the work of the people responsible for quality control who clearly do not take their responsibilities seriously enough. In short, without going into details, if my husband had not noticed the problem we could have experienced another bad day.

That said, I have nothing but praise for all the employees we have worked with. We thank them for their efforts, their support, their work and for their great kindness. This also includes the employees who take care of the campsite.

During our stay, we took the opportunity to visit several cities in Alabama and we were impressed by the kindness and how welcoming the people of Alabama were. There are many beautiful places to visit, it is for sure worth the detour and you don’t have to caught up on fire ? to visit Alabama ? and you must stop to the nice little town of Red Bay.

Thanks again for everything everyone, thanks for your knowledge, your hard work and your professionalism, our RV is like if nothing happened ☺️

5 stars for service dept!! Steve in Bay 2 was extremely helpful and he knows his stuff. My husband was impressed with him so he definitely comes highly recommended 🙂
Horace in Bay 46 also deserves a huge shout out.
My husband Rich and I were there for a week getting some issues addressed on our coach and have no complaints. Everyone was kind and friendly.
Can't complain about the campground because it was a cheap and convenient place to stay while the service work was being completed.

Hello everyone, I Owen a 2020 Allegrobus 45OPP since new. I have been to Red Bay many times when everything was owned by the Tiffin family and after they have sold to Thor. I would like to inform you all that it’s a huge privilege to own a Tiffin. Tiffin really stands behind their product and go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy campers. Everyone in Red Bay at the Bob Tiffin Service center was just amazing. They took care of everything that we needed. These people truly care. I had the most wonderful experience !

This is the place to have your Tiffin Motorhomes work done. They have friendly and knowledgeable technicians and every factory part you would need for any type of service or repair. There are a lot of RV services around town if you want to add anything aftermarket. Great place with friendly down to earth people.

We have been to the Red Bay, AL service center three times. Yes, initially we were not happy to need to come here. But that cloud has a bright silver lining. Of course we're happy because we got good service from pleasant, professional staff, no camping charge, met townspeople who made us feel welcome, and met other owners we hope will be life-long friends. We would especially like to say, "Thank you," to Karen Timbs for awesome customer service. Alabama might be a little out of the way for some but it's the ONLY place to go for quality Tiffin service.

Thank you Mr. Bob Tiffin for creating the best motorhome in the U.S. and the best organization to provide the exceptional customer services we have ever experienced. The paint crew (Brad, Cole and Jonathan) are very knowledgeable and eager to help/answer all of our requests/questions. The service from the tech support in Bay 35 (Nathan and Jordan) was absolutely outstanding. The tech staff was clearly knowledgeable and professional, but most of all, we were so impressed by their determination to provide complete customer satisfaction. Thanks so much.
