Recently my family and I needed assistance and applied for assistance in the month of June 2019. The 3rd to be exact, I had an on the phone interview all went well and was told every that was needed from me to get me started. I gathered up everything that was requested of me and turned it in to the Russellville department on the 6th. I knew it take 30 days to work the case so I waited. After a month with no response from the office I went to Russellville to check the status and was told Danville hadn’t received nothing from me, nothing at all. I was very upset. And showed them copies of the date stamped copies and of course there was both they can do. So I had to reapply (July 12th) again I had everything turned in as per there request. Went up there again on Monday and was told my DL and rent wasn’t turned in. I went home for the items again went back to Russellville turned it in and was asked why I needed to send in again. I said Danville said y’all didn’t send the information over to them. They showed me on there computer screen that all was received in the Danville office so the Russ. Supervisor said to me she will take over my case and see to that I’m taken care of. I said thank you. I called Danville to make sure they received papers and was told nope. All along my case worker Kelly B. Never once returned any of my calls. I called her twice on the 16th the second time she actually answered and it seemed she was only interested in knowing the name of the supervisor that said to me she would handle my case. Before hanging up she told me I will have funds on the evening of the 17th. After multiple calls checking on my account that had 0 balance I called Kelly again no answers! Will I ever receive assistance? I should get back paid back to the month I turned in my papers but nope. Very disappointed with this whole situation but what can be done? Nothing at all!

There really good unless you need help with snap or anything that you call them ab they screwed me and my family around for 3 weeks now if u can go elsewhere!!!
