Lauren planned our family's first Disney World trip and did such a fabulous job. We had zero knowledge going in, and her planning made everything super smooth. She made great suggestions on what our kids would like, and I wouldn't change a thing. We loved working with Lauren for our trip to Italy! Lauren helped us navigate all the options and narrow down our itineraries for Rome and Florence, and day trips to Tuscan wine country and Naples (Pompeii). Her expertise and knowledge of the locations helped us decide what we wanted to do and see, and how much time to spend.

Plus, Lauren connected with all our hotels and tours to make sure my husband, who has celiac, was able to safely eat gluten free. That was a huge load off our shoulders. He was so happy to have all those arrangements taken care of, and he thoroughly enjoyed his food experience in Italy!

Prior to our trip Lauren made a video and walked us through the travel app loaded with all our trip details. And the in-country 24/7 concierge was very helpful too.

We highly recommend Lauren and look forward to working with her again for future trips!

I had our trip to Walt Disney World planned with Sarah Kruger, we were celebrating our anniversary and also taking our 6-year-old daughter to Orlando for the first time. And it was simply unforgettable! 10/10, strongly recommended and worth every dollar invested. We enthusiastically recommend Sarah Kruger with Travel with Character for your vacation planning needs. Sarah took all the stress out of managing and booking our Walt Disney World vacation. It's as if she waved her magical wand ( even though I know behind the scenes she worked so hard for us) and got us the coveted California Grill during fireworks dinner, a spacious Club level room with a gorgeous view at the Yacht Club and many other reservations and excursions for us. She has a warm and inviting character, she is a thoughtful communicator and the queen of Disney magic. We will definitely use her amazing services again and will be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you again Sarah!

Lauren at Travel with Character was an INCREDIBLE resource for our Hawaii family vacation. We had always wanted to visit Aulani but had heard that the reservations to get into the kids club, Luau and character breakfasts could be pretty competitive and that the opening dates for those services was a bit confusing. All I had to do was tell Lauren which things we wanted to do at Aulani. She booked all of our reservations for us the day they opened to the public and ensured we got the BEST of THE BEST! At the Luau we were at Table #1 in the front row and got to get our food at the buffet first! She recommended incredible restaurants (on and off the resort) and made reservations for us. She coordinated our kids club reservations and expertly timed our couple's massages over the same time. She was even able to recommend an amazing local photographer that did a beach sunset photoshoot with my family. And did I mention she also arranged shuttle service to and from the airport?!?! All we had to do was log into the daily itinerary that she prepared and our dream vacation was laid out day by day. Without Lauren, I seriously would have been lost on Aulani how-to tips and tricks Facebook pages. Hiring Travel with Character was the BEST decision we could have made for our vacation planning. I recommend them emphatically!

My husband and I wanted to plan our first family vacation to Disney World and found as we started digging into it, that it was very overwhelming to even know where to start. We were incredibly happy when we found Lauren! She listened to our wants, our questions, our needs and planned us a trip that we will never forget! From our travel arrangements, to reservations, to park passes; she had it all planned out and ready for us when we arrived. All we had to do was show up and enjoy the entire experience. The process was seamless, and Lauren was very thorough with all her explanations and her itinerary that she had mapped out for us. Disney was a magical experience and so was working with Lauren. She will definitely be our go to for every vacation planning from here on out.
