We had my son’s birthday party here, we booked a room, the party package included arcade game passes, go karts, and trampolines/climbing walls/ball pits, and laser tags..my son had a blast! The areas were very clean, the party host was nice and attentive, the pizza came quick. They have food and drinks available for purchase and my kids love the candy dispense machine. We love coming here, will definitely be going back!

This place could have potential, but the lack of leadership and ownership will bring this business to its downfall.

I strongly believe the prices should ease up a bit. You would want to lower prices to bring more guests. I also believe the food service needs a major upgrade. The food isn’t great at all. Especially for what you’re paying for. Also, video games – half of them are not working.

I also recommend checking wristbands, as teenagers get in free from the mall area and easy access to jump. I never really see anyone observing the area. You would think the employees would do a security check to see if anyone is jumping for “free”.

Again, this is a reflection of leadership.

This is the go to place for kids! It is actually a core memory for my 4yr daughter, her first two word combo was trampoline park! It was her favorite place when she was 2 and still is at 4! There’s always plenty of friends to play with and a million and one things to keep them active and burning energy! The playing is great but the staff is better, they are what make the place! Sure some of the staff the trampoline park is their first job and might need friendly guidance from time to time, but I nor my party have even been denied anything, needs neglected or not felt welcome! This place is 5 stars all day. bring the whole family shoot bring the neighbors the more the merrier. Enjoy some quality adult time while the kids play in a safe environment.

We recently moved to Temple and we're looking for entertainment for kids. Found this trampoline park which sounds fun but the customer service is terrible! The staff that helps you with the wristbands are terrible and rude. While my children were playing I went to the food place to get an order of fires which took a while to be made. Then it turns out they just gave my fries away to someone else and I had to wait again for them to make them. The place over all is fun but the staff definitely needs work or at least new employees that would be helpful and actually want to work. We are going to give it another shot for my daughters birthday and hopefully the staff is better this time around. I don't really look forward to spending my money here but my children are really wanting to go.

Travis was amazing as our party host! Could not have asked for a better host! I recommend him for all your party’s!
Taylor took care of all of questions and concerns she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience! I recommend everyone have a party here!

Do not book a party here!!!

Unless you book a room or demand not to be seated at a center table. This place has great potential but really bad management skills!!!

I paid $280 to be given a reserved table next to the SHOE STATION. Of course guest sat at our reserved table to remove their shoes an decide what to do next.
When I approached staff I had to go back an forth. They were not willing to move us to a new location or even comp us for the inconvenience to have to share our reserved table with the entirety of the guest. They stated "theres no extra tables."
So I asked if someone will stand an monitor the situation an management said they won't stand by our table an wanted us to get up an down constantly to tell her to remove customers from the table.
I did not want be an ignorant customer to other paying guest. Management wanted me to be the one to tell guest over an over they can't sit at our reserved table. Its INSANE that management wanted me to even be the one responsible to perform that task. Staff stated "we don't know who is at your party so we won't know who to remove".

That situation could've gotten really UGLY as I would've had to continue to argue with guest for the duration of my kids party.

After continuous conversation she offered an area near the back by bowling an placed us there.

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because during this entire interaction my kids were off playing and having a good time.

The pizzas definitely needs an upgrade.

After all this we were also charged for a REFILL for a pitcher of soda. So after paying $280 I couldn't even get a FREE REFILL thats just sad. They gave us one pitcher with a heavy amount of ice to give to 7 preteen/teen boys insane.

If I could I would put negative stars for this place. I bought got the birthday package, I was over charged, there was no host, I paid for a room and they put us at a table right by the foam pit and someone stole one of my kids gift bags. Never again will this be my choice for my kids party. This was my worst experience!
