Upon our arrival after an 8-hour journey, we were confronted with unacceptable conditions, including:

- Unclean and unsanitized living areas, requiring us to purchase cleaning products to address the situation.
- Stained sheets and pillows, as well as mattresses that appeared to have been soiled.
- An unsettling discovery of remnants of previous tenants, including vomit that had not been cleaned.
- A refrigerator filled with mold and an unpleasant odor.
- A pervasive musty smell throughout the house, along with run-down furniture and broken curtains.
- Inadequate lighting due to missing light bulbs in several fixtures.
- A layer of dust on beds, windows, and surfaces, indicating a lack of cleanliness and maintenance over an extended period.
- Rugs that are old, stained, and in need of replacement.

The emotional distress caused to my husband, my mother, and our three children due to these circumstances has been significant, especially during this holiday season when relocation was not an option due to full bookings.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff, who made us feel like a valued guest from the start. The VIP check-in process was seamless, and we were shuttled to our stunning accommodation overlooking the crystal-clear turquoise waters.

The resort's attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay. The room was recently renovated and immaculately clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Waking up to the sound of waves gently crashing against the shore was a dream come true for my sons.

Throughout our stay, we had the pleasure of indulging in a variety of culinary delights at the resort's restaurants. From fresh seafood feasts to exotic tropical cocktails, each meal was a culinary adventure that delighted my taste buds.

One of the highlights of my stay was the resort's Ulimate Leisure Beach Club , where we spent countless hours basking in the sun and snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters. Danny Boy was hosting activities, ensuring there was never a dull moment.

What truly sets Grande Sirenis ULC apart is its exceptional service. The staff, notably Karla, our concierge, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel like royalty.

As I reluctantly said goodbye to this tropical paradise, we left with memories that will last a lifetime. I cannot recommend booking through Heidi and Jaren (WCPM) highly enough to anyone seeking a hassle free luxurious escape to paradise. From the stunning surroundings to the impeccable service, this resort truly offers the perfect tropical getaway.

Over the top customer service -- the windows hadn't been cleaned and the view was the big selling point, so Dillon came over himself and cleaned them for us on the very first morning. I had a couple of other small questions - where to drop the garbage, etc. and Dillon responded immediately every time. Easy to book, easy check out. 100% would use them again!

My family and i recently stayed at one of WCPM properties in tahoe for a week long stay and it was a great experience. The trip went seamlessly and there were no strenuous check out chores which you usually see with a similar “airbnb”-type booking. Although there was road construction happening at the time of our stay, WCPM communicated any concerns with us promptly. I would recommend booking with them for a stay at these beautiful properties!

Booked a regular room with ULC member privileges at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya and everything was great! Heidi was very communicative and the booking was easy and accurate. The price was cheaper than direct booking myself and the added member benefits (members beach club, advance restaurant reservations, daily hydrotherapy circuit at the spa, etc.) were fantastic. I would not hesitate to book through Heidi and World Class Property Management again. Top notch experience!
