Wow! What a wonderful experience!! We came to Tahoe on our honeymoon and this was definitely the highlight of our trip! We originally scheduled the extended trip, but do to weather (which they called and kept us updated on the weather situation several days before our ride) we did an hour ride. We still had the wonderful time with our guide Betty. She was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable! Enjoyed chatting with her and listening to the fun facts she shared throughout the ride! I would also say she is quite the photographer! Definitely will be trying to come again!

My daughter and I had the most amazing and best horseback riding experience at Camp Richardson Corral. This is our most favorite place out of the entire trip to Lake Tahoe. The horse ride trail is safe, it is scenic, peaceful, breathtaking, and absolutely enjoyable. Our guide Jake was phenomenal. He told us many stories as we were riding. Everyone who works at Camp Richardson Corral are super friendly and welcoming. The horses are happy, healthy and friendly too. I rode a beautiful bay horse named Chili. My daughter rode an adorable gray horse named Boomer. It was a beautiful memory at Camp Richardson Corral, and we will definitely return here when we visit South Lake Tahoe next time.

We have had our daughters last two birthdays celebrated at the coral. She gets to take two friends on the extended trail ride.
Both experiences were so wonderful, I'm sure the girls will remember it forever. Betty did a fantastic job as their guide and got some photos of the girls for me too.

We had the most amazing time at this horseback riding campground in Lake Tahoe! The one-hour trail ride up the mountains was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views all along the way. Our guide, Betty Northman, was fantastic—so friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure we were comfortable and safe, and her passion for the horses really shone through. This was such a memorable experience, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you're in Lake Tahoe, don't miss out on this adventure!

Camp Richardson Corral was amazing!! The entire staff was friendly and informative. Ms. Kelly was our guide, who was amazing with my 7 yr old who was a first-time rider. From the time we parked to the end of the trip, everyone made sure we enjoyed our time. Highly recommend and appreciate the service. We made sure to kiss the horse at the end and show love to our guide.

Took my 5 year old daughter on the pony ride. The horse was very gentle and the guide gave great instructions. He made her feel so comfortable and she loved every second! I was also able to walk along side her. It is a great way for kids to get comfortable on a horse. She says this is the highlight of our trip. Thank you!

I had a wonderful 2 hr morning ride with my friend Jan. Betty was our guide and she was shared interesting things along the way. Betty helped us with getting pictures with Fallen Leaf Lake as a background as we sat on our mounts . Great ride and would do it again !!
