Yesterday I got my wood delivered and helpt with unloading with a skidsteer I rented because of the size of the lumber very helpfull driver and a really good communication by phone on what time to arrive, super nice guy

Ok, I was going to post a very long confusing story about the experience with White Bear Trucking, but why give everyone a headache about it. Just know that Estes uses them to deliver when honestly I don't see how they communicate if THE VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL. The only I was able to get this resolved was getting a direct connection to the supervisor.

Just a side note...in today's cost of fuel, I believe it would make much more sense of actually setting up an appointment before hauling around a 500 lb piece of furniture particularly when it written on the packing slip from Estes as well as having a signature required. Apparently this happened over a week ago and there was no follow up from the terminal.

Thanks for listening. Now where's the Tylenol?

Third time a shipping company has handed my oversize shipment to White Bear. Each time I'm more disappointed that the last. They sit on packages for days - weeks, won't answer phone calls, wont return calls. Not easy to run my business when I have no idea when my parts will show up. First delivery they brought to my house, the truck spilled about a gallon of diesel fuel in my yard. The driver told me that the owner wouldn't make repairs to the trucks. Second delivery they wouldn't give a date that it would be delivered, so I had to pick up at their location. Third delivery, who knows. The freight company shows that white Bear has had my package for 3 days and can't get through to them. I have left messages with no return call.
I have had freight shipped to the YRC terminal in Fresno in the past and will continue to use them over White Bear.

Unfortunately UPS decided to "partner" with the worst possible company they could find. You would think they would do more research before giving over any freight to a 1 star company with such horrible reviews. When we called to try to find out what the delay was in getting our package they (UPS) stated we gave the package to our partner on the 21st. When we finally reached someone on the 23rd they argued they hadn't received it until the night before at the Oakhurst dock even though UPS had verified it was there the 21st. We were then told that it would be Monday possibly before they could deliver stating they were too busy and had 90 other packages to deliver. We asked if we could pick it up since the dock was located not but 8 minutes away and eventually they agreed to get in touch with the driver. The driver called and advised it would be approximately an hour for him to return to the dock. After reading the reviews for the Oakhurst and Fresno location I decided that since it had been an hour to go there to wait. What I found boggles the mind! Freight sitting out all over the dock, all the doors wide open and a very nasty dirty facility that appeared to have a leaking roof. There was nobody there watching the freight so anyone could back up and take whatever they wanted. My wife calls the number which goes to someone in Fresno apparently to tell about the way it was. Another hour plus passed before the driver arrived. He seemed friendly at first but then states I told your wife I would call when I got back and your package just got here this morning the 23rd which didn't match the story already told. Then he says and I got a call from the boss asking about the place being wide open and I told him and? The other driver is also out on a run and you wasn't supposed to come until I called so the other driver wasn't back in time to prevent me from seeing the place being wide open. If you ever have the misfortune to get this company except delays or having to pick up yourself and them collecting delivery fees from the original company!!

Doesn't answer phone, didn't try to call me when they were delivering my 1700 dollar package. I missed them and haven't been able to reach them or leave a message on their answering machine. I will change my review once this company actually clears their messages and brings my package. I wasn't even told when they were coming, and if someone had to be home.

6 review's in the past 3 years seems to me not to bad considering all the freight they deliver on a day to day basis. 2 to 3 truck loads a day. I guess you can't please everyone .

Terrible customer service. Driver told me he received my item but hasn’t had time to deliver. It was due a week ago. Very rude and driver told me that he is the manager so no point in complaining. He’s too busy to deliver my item.
