Don't waste your time, and just sign up with Western States.
To start, when calling about service, Jennifer was extremely rude. Directed me to the website and hung up. I filled out the app, and hit the submit button. Imagine my surprise when I had to contact the business a week later due to no response. Jennifer informs me, you can't fill out the app on your phone. Well, it didn't day that anywhere on the website that she directed me to. OK, I filled it out and emailed it in to them. A service ticket is made and they come out to set the tank. We pay Mike, $866. Cathy, applied the $866 to someone else's account! Not to mention, they never set us up an account. And then proceeded to bill us for the next 2months, saying we owed money. Ummm, we didnt. We paid in cash. No apology, No we will fix it. More rudeness. We contact mike, he says he will take care of it. Yet. We were billed an extra 400 bucks and then interest on a balance we didnt have. ,my husband calls for propane, Jennifer says they won't be out here for 3 weeks. OK, fine. In the meantime, they were out here 3 different times. Shr never informed us we could have a delivery made. In fact, she didn't like the questions my husband had, so she instructed Mike to pull our propane tanks, in winter, and leave us with nothing! And yet, she never did answer my husband's questions. She did tell him to find a new propane company though. I guess they have enough business to afford to be rude multiple times, have bad bookkeping and not answer the questions of who the owners are! My guess is she doesn't want her in laws to hear how rude she is. I hope they read this review.
Good thing Western States practices good business, and they are cheaper anyway! Let's see if this company will actually refund our money, from the propane in their tanks that they are taking back. We were warned not to use this company. By multiple people. Next time, we will listen!!
