Great place to buy T-shirts and souvenirs from the area. Much cheaper to buy Waterville Valley logoed merchandise here then at the resort. They also sell beautiful canvas pictures of the area.

It truly is a fantastic Welcome Center that no other small town in NH seems to have. It always makes us smile as soon as we enter Waterville Valley. It has great info on all things in Waterville Valley but also activities, events, and places outside of WV. They have souvenirs and WV gear! Staff is always friendly and super helpful!

For starters they throw a killer wedding party 🎉 and the food is pretty good too ☺️. I've yet to experience their winter, but I'm sure I'll be throwing another 5 star review...

It's absolutely lovely. The only thing is for handicap at the village the bathroom is to far of a walk. There is an elevator but it's at a distance and you are brought down to the maintenance area with no clue to go. There are steps but two many for anyone with walking issues. I found using the bathroom at the welcoming center works best.
