Heather literally saved our recent vacation to a Sandals Island after we realized the night before traveling that one of our passports had expired! She immediately swung into action (still on her family vacation on a Friday night) and followed up the next morning to get the resort booking modified with only a minor charge, to suit our new plans.

Even during a busy time at Disney, we never felt rushed or like we were missing out on anything.
