Mike at Mt Carmel Travel has been excellent booking multiple trips for my family and extended family. His customer service and understanding of what the customers wants/needs is excellent. Recently, when we had to cancel due to COVID-19 he took care of everything. Other people, who didn't use agents were waiting on hold for hours, I didn't have to do anything and got my refund. I urge you all to book with Mike at Mr Carmel Travel-you won't regret it! And--it doesn't cost more to use Mt Carmel Travel, so why not do it?! Win-win!

We used Mt. Carmel Travel to book accommodations in Mexico for a wedding. We ended up booked for the wrong day at the resort. Mike at Mt Carmel passed the blame to a vendor, did not apologize, and told us that we should have caught their booking error. We understand clerical errors happen, but the idea that customers should have to meticulously check the travel agent's work is absurd.

I recommend against booking through this company if you can avoid it.

My wife and I used Mt. Carmel Travel Center to help us plan our honeymoon to Ireland. We got married in Sept 2020 and due to COVID had to postpone our trip to 2021. Christine was so accommodating and professional throughout the entire process. Like many other industries the travel industry was severely impacted due to COVID and despite everything Christine didn't skip a beat. She constantly kept us up to date and in the loop with everything. She was always available by email or phone and answered all of our questions throughly. We can't wait to book our next trip with Christine and Mt. Carmel Travle Center.
