Honestly wish travel agencies were still a big thing in the US. Online travel agencies dont typically have as much invested in their clients. Saying this as a younger person who travels a lot. Planning trips, tours/tour guides, visas, hotels and transportation is time consuming. I spoke with a woman here and she was helpful, havent purchased anything yet but I guarantee when covid finishes we will.

You can get much cheaper deal through the airline websites or other agencies, very bad customer service and more expensive than the websites, on top of everything they only accept cash! not recommended at all

The worst customer service that I had ever. unprofessional staff and management. I highly recommend people to think two times before calling them. They don't accept credit cards, your money is not refundable and for changing the date you have to pay penalty. Are you serious?
