Called in for an inquiry with the intention of booking flights urgently, I wanted to fly within the next 2 days.
The agent was nice and seemed eager to help on the phone, though not very knowledgeable on the itinerary I was trying to book (I could tell from the extensive research I had previously done).
After a bit on the phone, they told me that they would look into my itinerary and call me back within they day. And never got a call back! Good thing I always have a few backup plans.

After visiting and evaluating a number of travel agencies in the Virginia & DC area, especially who are specialized in HAJ & UMRAH packages, we settled on Rendezvous. We specifically met with Adil, who I suggest you ask for by name! He will guide you in detail about your Umrah rituals and all Ziarats in Mecca and Madina. We had a very pleasant experience & have performed Umrah through them twice. Now I use them regularly for my air travel booking for pleasure or visiting back home. Having dealt with my fair share of travel agents in my time, it was refreshing to have such an honest conversation. I found sister Maha with lot of patience and knowledge. I am a little difficult client as I make at least twenty changes before finalizing my travel but sister Maha had always been very professional and cooperative. Now they make me feel a member of their family. I highly recommend them. Best of the best in the industry.

If you would like to go on Umrah/Hajj package. Rendezvous Travel located in Virginia is one of the best option. I personally used their Umrah package and really liked it. Staff here and in UAE are so friendly specially the owner Mr. Adel.

I am extremely disappointed for the service I received when I was planning on going to Umrah (in 2 days from today), which resulted in me cancelling my trip just yesterday. I submitted my visa application to Rendezvous travel for Umrah with all required documents and proof months ago, but when I received my passport back - attached was a forged marriage license (I am not married) to someone in the group I would be traveling with. They claimed that this stranger (who already had his own kids and wife) was my mahram. We were not notified of this falsification of documents, nor did we agree to this. The attached marriage license even had a seal and 2 different witness signatures, which is outrageous to me. No girl should be forced to be someone's fake wife and blatantly lie when you're going on such a religious trip. Rendezvous Travel needs to think twice about this illegal process before legal action is taken against them.

Unresponsive and Unprofessional! I called looking for group arrangement, I had to call multiple time as if I need a favor and each time I was given another date that they will call me back!

If I could give them and the agents office 0 stars I would." very bad customer service, they just want to sell you the tickets, after that they will make a hardship for any changes you need to do for your ticket. They answer the phone in a very rude way . I don't recommend them for anyone.
