Awful. Dirty property. Dish washer that doesn’t clean and falls out of the counter. Stained mattresses. Loud dogs that bark non stop all night. The property managers are liars and scammers.

Avoid at all costs.

We will always use the Visit Fruita rental agency when visiting Fruita, Loma, and Grand Junction areas in Colorado.

Currently staying at our 3rd rental with this agency, and this one, The Horseplay House, has been one of our favorites!

Located in a very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, parks nearby, and walking trails and so close to downtown Fruita. The house (as all of their houses are) is well-appointed, clean comfortable; we are not lacking anything!

The Visit Fruita team is AMAZING, and just a text or call away if you need anything. We can't wait to come back!

I recently had family come in from out of town. They stayed in the KickAspen House. It was awesome! A far better experience that booking hotel rooms. VisitFruita was incredibly responsive to our needs and made sure everything was smooth. I would definitely use them again!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I paid almost 500$ to stay for two nights just for the company to cancel my stay last minute. Would not recommend going through this company for anything.

Green Acres was a very pleasant home we recently stayed in. The house has all the amenities we needed for our stay. The master bedroom has a very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. This is definitely a place we would want to stay again the next time we visit the area.
