The staff was friendly and resolved my issue quickly. It was a great experience. However, the name of the place threw me off a bit. It's almost too perfect! When I was deciding where to have my car towed, I was stuck between this spot called "Service Center" and a dealership further down the freeway (which would’ve meant a bigger tow bill). "Service Center" could be anything, right? But rest assured, they do fix cars here, so if you’re confused, there’s no need to worry.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They all were awesome. I broke down on my way from Golden to Fruita about 10 miles out of Fruita in a 1991 Chevy Astro Safari with a camper shell (a Tiger Provan). I called several auto repair shops in the vicinity, and apparently, many shops in Fruita upcharge a ridiculous hourly rate for emergency service, or they will not work on older vehicles, or they could not accommodate a taller vehicle. I had no idea why I broke down, but I quickly decided to have my vehicle towed to The Service Center after talking with them on the phone. They were all super pleasant, friendly, and very accommodating from the very beginning starting when I spoke to them on the phone to when they sent me on my way after the repair was done and making sure my tires were filled with air ! Turns out I needed a new alternator, and they got the part in, were luckily open on Saturday, and it was replaced within a very timely manner for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them, and I have recommended them to all my friends that live in the area as well. Thank You !!!!

Awesome service from these guys today. We had a tyre blow out and broken hose on our Van which caused the van to overheat. The team here but on a new tyre and reattached the hoses which broke and got us back on the road within 90mins. Recommend the team here.

We were heading out of town this morning at 6:30am when all of a sudden, our truck started sputtering. Luckily we made it to the shop in Fruita and they were the earliest to open at 7:30am. The gentleman got us in right away and had he not we would have been stranded for hours with our toddler, and had to try to find a tow truck to take us to another shop costing even more money. Him and the younger gentlemen were incredibly kind and thorough in making sure that everything was fixed and safe for us to head over Douglas Pass. We cannot thank them enough for how quickly they got us In and out!

I never write reviews, but feel this service center highly deserves one. Rear suspension air springs went out on my BMW on a trip from Denver to Moab, with two other friends in Grand Junction. Wasn’t sure but could prove to drive unsafe. The younger gentleman there did his best to diagnose the issue but unfortunately the monitor wouldn’t read newer BMW computer codes, but he dropped what he was doing, and did his best to help and was sympathetic to our problems. He was able to recommend another service center who was able to read the codes, but surely would have helped if he could have. He wouldn’t even accept cash when I tried to give him a little for his time. If this isnt a testament to an auto service center, I don’t know what is. Highly friendly helpful people here in Grand Junction. Thank you again.

Great Experience!!

My car broke down near here. I called shops all over Grand Junction and none could see me until the next day, so I had it towed here.

They could have charged me anything, I would have paid, but instead, they said it was just a broken belt and had me back on the road in a few hours, and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend.
