I learned that they are banning civil war reinactors from Old Dover Days forever. What a shame. Delaware stayed with union for the war but kent and sussex counties were pro southern by higher percentage. Second people need to realize that the civil war has nothing to do with slavery or the confederate flag being racist symbol. That is bull. Why are we ridding ourselves of history? We were a borderline slave state. So what? That was then but our kids need to learn this now. Not cool
