100 across the board!! Did they have great deals/pricing? YES! Did they have excellent communication and answer all my questions and concerns? YES! This company made the rental process super easy and accommodating. Even though I never changed the original date I did call in and ask and they were willing to work with me on changing the date free of charge as long as the combo unit was still available. The rain did pass over so the event stayed in place. It was a wonderful time for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The staff arrived promptly for both set up and clean up. Everything was handled professionally and I will be using them next year for every birthday and summer party going forward. Great local business!!

Thank you Backyard Adventures for helping to make our event super special! The kids had an amazing time. The inflatables arrived and were ready to go an hour early. I was well informed about how to work the inflatables and the generator in the event something unexpected happened. The bigger kids also enjoyed challenging each other to a game of Connect 4. I will definitely be using you all again for future events as well as recommending you all to everyone I know.🤗

We used backyard adventure rentals for my sons 3rd birthday and it was 10/10. I easily rented the unit online without any kind of hassle or hiccup. Then because of their schedule they actually dropped it off early for no additional charge. They also picked up the unit as scheduled without needing to wake us up they came picked up the unit and left easy peasy. The unit was clean, well maintained and fully operational. Will definitely be using backyard Adventure rentals again!

I cant tell you how special this company made my parents Golden Anniversary! They set up a white 20 x 20 tent on time without spoiling our surprise 50th anniversary party for my mom and dad, and they were so nice and prompt. Taking down the tent was like clockwork and went smoothly. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for working with us to do something special for our parents!
