The dispatch is always very helpful and cheerful. The drivers are very friendly polite and courteous.

I will no longer use VIP services. The drivers were okay. But the receptionist that always answers is extremely rude and even hung up on me mid sentence. I called 4 days prior to cancel a ride and she very quickly said she would cancel it then hung up. And the driver still showed up because she didn't cancel the ride.

Linda and Cindy are very rude and short In conversation. It’s like they enjoy giving bad news or reprimanding you. I will call to confirm a ride because the voicemail system hasn’t been working for MONTHS at this point and my schedule can vary. They always sound so annoyed by me. And sometimes scheduled rides will not actually scheduled at the correct time. If you try and call them you will get sent to voicemail. And the amount of rings will vary. When you call one time you get 5 rings and the next time you call it’s automatically sent to voicemail. I feel like they are rejecting calls at this point which is so unprofessional. I wouldn’t use them unless you absolutely have to. Pammy, rich and Karen are very kind tho. (So are the drivers)

This is an outstanding organization the prides itself on helping adults with disabilities find purpose and opportunities to connect with the community. They have been extremely helpful to my family and me, and we are grateful for their contributions to the community

So happy they have this option for rides to my appointments . I use their ride service all the time and have never had an issue. Way cheaper than an Uber or Lyft. All the drivers have been nice and dispatch is easy to deal with as well.
