This company makes you apart of their family! They put their hearts before profits. Which manifests profits by nature. I am so grateful for their family oriented support! Sam is beyond 5 stars and manages properties in a professional manner. So thankful for their services! Prior to Sam taking over nothing was being done. If you have a property to rent in the San Lorenzo area and need an awesome property manager, just call Sam @ Village Properties. I feel like I don't have to worry about my home and Sam provides good value.

When I decided to rent out my house, Sam helped me narrow down pricing, find a good renter, arranged a contractor to quickly make some quality repairs, and got a cleaning crew to help with the final cleanup. Plus he's a local so I know that if anything goes wrong, he and his colleagues are nearby because I'm not able to do that myself.

Sam is an amazing realtor! Last year he helped me and my husband through selling my pervious apartment and buying a new one. Immediately after contacting Sam he went right to work and throughout the entire process Sam was nothing but a consummate professional. Sam was incredibly patient and was in constant contact with me through the process and always responded quickly when I had questions. In addition, Sam is extremely knowledgeable about neighborhoods and pricing all of which helped to alleviate so much stress during what could have been a long and taxing experience. He even provided virtual tours of our property that showcased it beautifully. As an amazing conclusion to our experience, Sam sold my property for far more than the expected selling price. He continues to work diligently days, nights, weekends, and even holidays as my property manager dealing with all tenant and property issues.
