There’s a lady named Madhu. I am extremely disgusted with her behavior, her attitude. People these days strive for money when they run a business. I was absolutely disgusted and horrified with her behavior. I regret spending any money with this travel agent and I would never ever contact them. She hung up the phone on me and told me to find somebody else or then you know what you can go to hell. Honestly I miss Sneha! She was absolutely polite incredible reasonable had manners to talk to someone. They lost a great employee because they mistreated her.

They used to have a good agent , Sneha. She's not working anymore and the new agent Madhu is worse than useless! She has the absolute worst attitude and a temper, yelling at me for asking a question. Madhu is a disgrace to that company. I'd used them in the past but will never return, all because of the unacceptable and sub-standard attitude of Madhu. AVOID this agency like the plague.

Do not do business with this agency. They will not see thru it to get you refund if anything goes wrong with your travel plans.

Let me explain: had bookings for a trip and covid hit, the flight got cancelled, and i paid $450 to get the refund($150 per tkt). 11/2 years later the amount is not credited and agency says i have to deal with the Air Line directly. Air Line says since i took the tkt thru the agency, i will have to deal with them. Bottom line, i dont have my money and dont deal with any agency. Go directly thru Airline.

This used to be quite efficient. But my recent experience with them was dreadful. The owner, Madhu Tailwar, is rude, inefficient, and unresponsive. Did bookings for my family, made errors, then refused to respond to emails. She also has a very bad attitude toward customers. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I recommend the same to anyone who wants a courteous and efficient experience.

Great customer service, Very friendly transactions, competitive rates , Personalised service when you get stranded or reroute . Online fares might appear less with built in constraints and no service or followups .This company can take care of your needs and work with your itinerary at a marginal cost as compared to online fares. will recommend strongly .
