I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic vacation rental, and I can't say enough good things about it! The house was spotless and exactly as shown in the pictures—no surprises, just a beautiful, well-maintained home in a great location. The pool was absolutely incredible, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service from VacayAZ. They were incredibly responsive and friendly, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

We had the good luck of staying at The Sedona Native home. We had the most relaxing and fun stay and can’t wait to return. The home’s location and view are truly amazing (the views from the home are some of the best you can get anywhere in town). The pictures don’t even do it justice. It was a perfect location for us to enjoy hiking (several trails we did were walking distance from the home), restaurants, and shops. The home has everything you need to make your stay super comfortable: luxury design, an EV charger, huge jacuzzi, a beautiful modern fire pit, and a lawn for yoga and games. The kitchen also had top of the line appliances and is well-set-up, if you want to eat some meals at home. The rooms and beds were all comfortable and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this is one of the most spectacular one in terms of views, location, interior design and having thought of everything you need to make your stay luxurious. Also, the communication with VacayAZ was prompt and extremely accommodating and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We had a wonderful family trip in large part to how convenient and nice our accommodation was. Thank you VacayAZ— you’re a class act.

I want to thank VacayAZ for the amazing time we had at the Stagecoach Pass property. The property was absolutely beautiful and everything was as described in the listing with plenty of room and activities for our whole family. The entire rental process went so smooth with very quick responses from Hayden to all the questions I had leading up to the stay and his recommendations for hiking and golfing in the area were spot on. I highly recommend renting form VacayAZ!!!!

We took our whole family to Scottsdale for a long weekend in January. We had 4 couples plus a 5 year old, 18 month old and 20 month old. Each couple and all the kids had their own room.

From the beginning, Vacayaz was great to communicate with. I found them by looking at places on the Airbnb site. They were cheaper going directly through them and had so many options of gorgeous homes to choose from.

The house was incredible! It was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. So much room!

We ate all but one meal at the home. The kitchen had everything we needed and so spacious! The open concept was great as you could sit and talk while preparing meals and also see the kids outside. We are members of Walmart + so had our groceries delivered once we arrived. We used that every day to bring in other stuff we needed. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery options all around there if you’d rather go out.

We made margaritas one night. They have a cabinet of great glassware, shakers, and a high powered blender.

We rented two cribs, high chairs and also toys from Morgan with BabyQuip. Hayden had recommended her and that was also a wonderful experience.

We converted the theater room to a toy/play room along with outstanding movie nights once the kids went to bed. The recliners were so comfortable and enormous screen to enjoy!

Definitely the best part is the backyard for our family. We paid to heat the pool and it was at the perfect temperature! It was also clean and ready for us. We played pickleball, putt putt contests, basketball, watched NFL playoffs outside on the comfortable covered porch with a great tv, had s’mores over the fire pit, sat around the pool to see the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and relaxed and enjoyed our time together as a family.

It met all our needs and wants! We all decided to meet back there next year!

I cannot recommend the team at VacayAZ enough! Not only was our stay at our home in Scottsdale incredible, but everything leading up to it was professional, simple, and reassuring. The home was immaculate, incredibly well stocked with everything you might need, and had top of the line appliances/fixtures/technology. We were able to get early check-in, settled in nicely, and the amazingly detailed Guidebook helped us every step of the way with all our questions, concerns, and curiosities! Will definitely stay at a VacayAZ Property again next time in AZ! I wish VacayAZ could grow and I could get this impeccable service elsewhere!

We spent 3 weeks in Scottsdale at the Mountain View home, and it was absolutely an amazing time. The property is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want. Over the course of our time, we had 25 guests stay with us( not all at the same time, thank goodness ). We had 9 children at iMessage, ages 5 months to 16 years and they were entertained the entire time they were here. The adults enjoyed in home massages and cooking at the outdoor kitchen/bar. The pool is wonderful and one of the few with a diving board and water slide. The house is spacious and everyone had their own space, bedroom and bathrooms. Jack and his crew could not have been more wonderful and accommodating. Whenever I had a request or problem, one of them showed up within a couple hours with whatever I needed. It’s the best rental experience we’ve ever had. We would definitely deal with VacayAz in the future.

I'm very happy with the results because they do what they say they're going to do, and in many cases have exceeded my expectations, both in terms of revenue and performance. My recent stay in a VacayAZ vacation rental in Arizona was by far the best guest experience I have had despite having stayed at many properties in many different places. The house was 100% clean, including small detailed areas. There were very thoughtful touches like benches, luggage racks, trash cans, clothes hangers and instructions in key locations. Plenty of dishes, silverware, toiletries, and other supplies were provided. Everything worked flawlessly and nothing was broken. There were no issues at all at any point during my stay even though I was with a large group and we used all of the amenities and rooms and cooked. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism and execution.
