I found the exact trailer that I wanted and Vacationland had it on their lot. I drove from Oregon to Illinois for this particular trailer. Everyone went above my expectations to get this trailer financed and prepared so that I arrived and was out on the road, back to Oregon, in a very short time. The service crew walked me through the entire trailer and showed me where all the buttons and switches are. Also, they made sure everything was in working order and sealed up before I arrived. I was very impressed. I love the trailer and experience getting it.

Well I went to my local RV show and checked out all the campers, I wanted something small and easy to pull, Vacationland had an Aliner Scout that was perfect for my needs, Joel Zytko the Sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable, Vacationland has what you need to get started on your new adventure they have the parts and service just ask for Mike he'll help you out and get you on your way. Friendly office staff that will take care of you for and easy transaction on your purchase, I definitely recommend 👍 and a big plus is they have on site storage for your RV at a good rate👍

We had a fantastic experience at Vacationland! My husband first spoke with Noah on the phone about a trailer, and we arranged to visit on a Saturday. We arrived early to browse, and Noah was very attentive, taking the time to listen to what we were looking for. He showed us several options, and even if he didn’t have the answers to our questions, he knew exactly who to ask.

After viewing many units, we ultimately decided to purchase the original trailer we had come from out of state to see. We spent a few enjoyable hours selecting some extras to be installed, and the process was smooth and stress-free. Initially, we thought we wouldn’t be able to return for two weeks to pick up our new trailer, but when we needed to move the date up by a week, Vacationland made it happen without any hassle.

Every employee we met was friendly, helpful, and professional. We truly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend Vacationland to anyone looking for a great RV-buying experience!

Recently purchased a ROG 12RK. Great camper. Sales people were good and knew the trailer pretty well. Plus they were not pushy. Finance people were really good and had everything ready to go. But unfortunately where they were disappointing was during the walk thru. I feel a good walk thru should take 30 to 60 minutes for my size trailer. I was done in 10 minutes or so. Even though I knew where most everything was from previous research. He showed me very little and said the trailer was "self sufficient" a few times. To the point I just wanted to be done. There was no check list or anything like that. Even at the end. There was some trailer hook up issues and missing equipment. Once thru that. Took the camper home and it towed really good. Can't wait to get out in it.

I cannot say enough good about Vacationland especially Service Manger Mike and his crew. My wife and I bought our travel trailer new from there back in 2016. Every time that we had to have them service it had been a very pleasant experience. You can rest assured that not only will your servicing or repairs are done right, but what you do pay from my experience will least be fair or even less than what other vendors charge. I will always keep my business with Vacationland as long as I live here in Illinois.

Everyone at Vacation land was great Marisol was very helpful on the camper we were looking at. The gentleman that went over our camper with us was very knowledgeable on showing us everything about the camper and took as much time as we needed to do it. If you are looking for a RV Dealer they are the best they are honest and will help you out all the time.
