I recently used Vacationisms’ services to book my teenage son’s flights to and from Guatemala for a study abroad program. Since this was his first time flying solo internationally, I wanted to be sure we were booking him with the most reliable carrier possible. I also wanted to be sure that his layover went through a specific airport. Searching on my own, I could not locate flights that fit our criteria. Sara was able to quickly find good flight options and made recommendations for the most punctual carrier. Processing the booking through Vacationisms’ secure online portal was easy and seamless. Sara was quick and thorough with communication and provided us with important information on traveling to this specific country and their COVID policies. I had forgotten to request emergency exit row seats to accommodate my son’s long legs - and when asked after booking, Sara promptly gave me directions on how to make that change. She sent us reminders the day before departure and let us know about some road construction that could affect our drive to the airport in Boston so we could plan an alternate route. She stayed on top of his returning flight and even was aware that his suitcase did not make his connecting flight and offered her assistance if needed. Fortunately, it was delivered the next day, but it was nice to know she was available if we needed extra help communicating with the airline. Vacationisms provided us with exceptional service and I wouldn’t hesitate to plan travel with them again.

My wife and I decided to use Vacationisms to book our honeymoon in 2019. Filling out the form to get contacted was very easy, and from start to finish our advisor, Sara, was nothing short of thorough. Not only does she do all the booking and update you on status of flights, etc, but when we landed at our destination, she gave us a lot of tips for while we are down there such as how to navigate through the airport, etc. She also checked in on us constantly to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and was always available to answer questions if we had them. I learned the hard way that sometimes you just need an expert who knows the best resorts, has connections, and can make sure your wedding or event runs off without a hitch. We used Sara for our Honeymoon. What a great decision! My now husband and I had very limited travel experience, and we decided last minute that we would be able to take our honeymoon, which left us with little time to plan and research. We didn't even know where we wanted to go. I decided to try a travel agency.
